Entry to the property was by code which suddenly decided to lock us out one evening which was a bit disconcerting

My stay at Louis Apartment was an exceptional experience. The apartment was spotlessly clean, making it feel fresh and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The space was both spacious and luxurious, designed with thoughtful attention to detail that elevated every aspect of my stay. From the modern electric stove with proper ventilation to the TVs in both the living room and bedroom, which allowed streaming and casting on various platforms, the amenities were top-notch. The bathroom was another standout feature, with its beautifully modern, nature-inspired aesthetic and perfect lighting that added to its earthy vibe. The furniture was incredibly soft and comfortable, creating an inviting space to relax after long days. The location was also a major plus, situated in the heart of the village with easy access to dining options, supermarkets, entertainment spots, and gift shops. Security was exceptional, with multiple measures in place, including secure locks and cameras, ensuring I felt completely safe throughout my stay. Additionally, the host was extremely communicative and receptive, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and making me feel well cared for.

While my experience was overwhelmingly positive, there were a few minor issues. The apartment was quite far from Umaya Resort, where my workshop was held, but this was a decision I made to stay within my budget. Another small drawback was the living room curtains, which didn’t fully close and slightly impacted my privacy, especially since the windows faced another hotel and lacked a scenic view. The cleaner’s demeanor was a bit standoffish or silent, which felt slightly off-putting, but this did not significantly affect the overall experience. These minor inconveniences were easily outweighed by the comfort, cleanliness, and luxury of Louis Apartment, making it an experience I would highly recommend.

I loved everything about this property from the staff, security of the building, easy check in and check out, cleanliness and modern look. You are definitely going to get a luxury experience staying here!

I loved everything!!

The personnel at Louis‘ Apartments were incredibly kind and professional and made themselves available whenever we had questions. The location is in great proximity to restaurants and the beach and the rooms are very clean.

The property is relatively new, very well kept, close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Each bedroom had its own AC and gets very dark for those who like to sleep in. Fully stocked kitchen was great if we decided to cook, but we didn’t. Carmen is a jewel. Very nice young lady with great customer service. She even helped us book a second night.

There wasn’t anything that we did not like about this apartment. It would’ve been great if we had some shampoo & conditioner. Even better if there was a pool.

It was very clean, modern and the check in was smooth.The Front desk lady was superbly knowledgeable and friendly. Washed some clothes for a $7.50 fee, cannot beat that for sure. Short walking distance to restaurants bars gift shops or whatever you are looking for.
