Construction on property - although impact was truly minimal.

Staff was awesome! Room was great! We had an oceanfront room. 2 bedrooms. Great view. Walked to airport for our excursions. No complaints! This is one of the nicest properties we saw in the “downtown” San Pedro district. Very convenient. No need to rent a golf cart. You can walk everywhere.

Beside it not being a beach into which one could swim, The ocean was not clear and beautiful as visualized in promotional photos. The photos showed the gorgeous water that was1/4 mile offshore. At the resort, it was brown and not maintained.

Modern, hot tub, waterfront (but sadly NOT “beachfront”), staff was very helpful, pleasant and available. Everything was within walking distance

Housekeeping is extra. No access to washer and dryer. Cost extra for laundry, clean towels, tp, paper towels, drinking water, no icemaker in fridge.

Was tough to find despite good communication prior to check in. Google took us in opposite direction from the airstrip, a simple map would have been helpful as the entrance lane and arrival are in what I’d call an almost hidden alley (at least during construction phase). Main bedroom curtains did not fully close.

Staff are so friendly and professional. Great location to walk to restaurants, and beach walks. Comfy beds. Super clean and well maintained. Very safe. Communication was fast and helpful. Grateful they are transparent about construction impact on our stay.

There was only trickle of water, cold or hot one day from the faucets in the evening when we wanted to take showers. Though it was fixed within an hour.

We got the apartment at the most oceanfront. The ocean view is smashing. The apartment is very spacious. It is very convenient with walking distance to the town, many restaurants, and also to the airport. The only downside was one day after a long day of snorkeling, we came back to the apartment and found only trickle water from the water faucets. However the problem was fixed within an hour after I texted the management via whatsapp.

Everything was good

We loved the resort, easy to get to from the ferry. The staff were VERY helpful in making taxi reservations and reservations on a boat to go the the reef. Hot tub was hot and clean, pool was perfect.

Just nit picking but bedroom tvs are closer to ceiling than floor so awkward viewing. A stereo system would be nice.

Pictures and descriptions if anything were understated. Lots of open space to relax, good size pool and great views. Staff was very attentive when needed but otherwise let us be. Highly recommend

Nothing I didn’t like really one day the pool was being serviced and couldn’t be used but it wasn’t such a big deal.
