The only issue we had is that the bed is visible from outside and it had a little strange odor in the room.

Nice resort, pool and bar are really nice, the little private pool is also very cool. Staff is very friendly and they help out with shuttles and activities at their partner property.

No hot water for our shower the entire stay. Also, they didn't have many pool towels available so we had to wait for them to dry before we could leave for the day.

Not much to mention except they start working around 7am and they play music. On vacation, I don't want to wake up to music that early. We stayed in the Cabana close to the bar, and it happened every morning. The bed wasn't the most comfortable and the comforter was smaller than the bed. The sheets also had small holes in them like cigarette burns.

We loved that they assisted us with transportation to/from the airport. They called/emailed 2weeks, 1 week and 3 days before our trip to make sure that we were all set. Customer service was impeccable!! They set a new bar for what I expect from customer service. Daid, Flor, Nelson, Padron, and Pablo were amazing!!! They made you feel welcome every day They remembered our names every day. The food and drinks were better than expected.

Need more hooks in rooms and bathroom and a little more table space. Maybe a throw rug or something for the floor, to help keep it dry.

A bit outdated, our air conditioner didn't work well, very noisy with traffic zooming back and forth all day and big construction trucks traveling back and forth. Beach was disappointing

The staff was great! Food excellent! Pool was nice. Complimentary coffee was delicious Centrally located to go into the main town or the other way to Secret Beach.

The only negative was the water pressure and quality. This ding probably applies to any hotel this far away from the main drag because it is remote (which is good) and it is on an island with limited resources. We had plenty of drinking water, and the showers weren’t horrible, but the water was really soft and tasted a bit salty. I could argue that it did add to the charm of the place, but I’m trying to be objective.

Pur had an intimate setting enough off the beaten path to be very attractive. The staff was wonderful and the food was great and we weren’t that far (via golf cart) from anywhere on the island. This location was very chill and people who weren’t staying there would stop at the bar and swim/eat/drink because it is an awesome place to just hang out. We met many nice wonderful people from all over this way and it added to the charm.

Bathroom faucets were the misting kind that sprayed everywhere. Beds were too big for the tiny room. While at the bar, you constantly smelled the exhaust from all the vehicles passing by.

The staff was amazing! the location was quieter than in town and we loved that. easy walk to restaurants & coffee. great little pool. meals at the hotel if you want them. and the food was really good! comfortable room. and access to their beachfront sister property. dive shops picked us up at a dock that is a five minute walk away. we used the bikes to explore.

the only downside is that it’s loud because all of the rooms surround the pool/bar/restaurant and the property is very close to the main road.

The staff was incredible. I can't thank them enough for their attention to details. They made me feel right at home and took care of everything. The room was clean and well decorated/designed. Lots of nice details like robes & fresh flowers. The pool was great!

I loved the place

It was quant, no children, staff were excellent, they met our every need and then some. They picked us up at the airport and dropped us back off. The food was great, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. It was my husband’s birthday and they set everything up for when we arrived! It’s a small enough hotel that you get to know the staff by name and even get to know a little about their families. I think the staff are part of what makes this place so great!

The hotel is more concerned about ensuring that the temporary visiting bar patrons are having a good time rather than the paying guests who are staying there and looking for an enjoyable and somewhat quieter stay. The staff is disorganized, confused and rude at times. No one knew how to unlock the broken room safe. Check-out was ridiculous as we were charged for the wrong room fee and then had to argue about being reimbursed. We were unable to have any dinner service - we were told that the restaurant was too busy and to come back later, and when we came back later they refused to serve us saying that the kitchen was now closed even though it was 815pm. The awful and extremely obnoxiously loud karaoke nights went on for over 2 hours and there was no way to drown put the bar patrons screaming into the microphone. - no one cares about the guests actually staying on the property that are trying to get some rest.

There was a lot of wear and tear on the faucets in the bathroom and we kept having to lift the drains to make the water drain.
