When you collect the keys they need to explain how the shower works.

I love that the property was secure. The keys could open all necessary doors. The beds are new and it is very clean. The air condition works. There is a kitchen upstairs and a stove to cook if necessary. You are granted nice colour towels, decorated on your bed. I slept well as it is rather quiet and close to the market and bus terminal. They assist in you getting breakfast or dinner if you don't want to walk the streets. Nice place.

The parking was a bit tight, but that is understandable given the location and the size of the property. Thank goodness I was the only vehicle there, had there been another guest with a vehicle before me, I'm not sure where I would have been able to park. But like I said, due to uncontrollable circumstances, I can understand.

Check in was super easy and checking out was even easier. The owner as well as his staff were very helpful.

Shower tends to drain water all over the (tiny) bathroom floor every time - bad design. No storage whatsoever - you have to leave your clothes on the floor, or keep them in your suitcase, on the floor Local dogs will driver u crazy - non stop barking and thru the night. They are left chasined up outside so go wild? Slighly dodgy neigbourhood eg cant walk home after 800pm!

Large TV. Fully equipped kitchen, the best you will ever find at an Aitbnb type rental. Large water dispenser. Good Wifi. Recently constructed. Nice little shared garden area to the side (when the owner didnt park his huge truck in it)

Parking space was limited , and we were asked to leave before the scheduled checking out hour . I would have appreciated that the host would Comunicate that detail before us checking in and not knock on the door 3 hours before to say that we have 20 min to leave .

At night there were some mosquitoes, which stopped coming in after we blocked the front door gap with a towel.

Amazing staff - Ms Candy was very friendly who went out of her way to make our stay pleasant, and excellent and responsive communication by Mr Daniel. 30 mins walking distance from the bus station. Very comfortable stay, clean and nice facilities - bedroom with double bed and sofa bed in the living room. A number of shops and restaurants nearby. Excellent stay in Belize City!

Three upstairs apartments are currently being built so significant construction noise is experienced from 8:30am to 4:30pm, including during public holidays. It was problematic staying in Belize City during the Easter long weekend. Many of the people encountered on the streets were aggressively asking for money and most restaurants were closed.

Nicely designed apartment, which was comfortable with great amenities such as a large smart TV and an outdoor area. The host was helpful. The apartment is located close to the city.

The apartment is well renovated and decorated (loved the painting!) and offers a kitchen. It's located right by the bus station. The host is available and responds promptly.

Everything you need and more, very clean, safe and cozy. Close to city center and ferry. Great host who keeps you informed on the spot and suggests great places to try. Appreciated everything and how accommodating host was from the start. Also nice deco with perks as if in a 5 star hotel. Beautiful intro to Belize.

The coffee was a nice touch and the garden which you can sit in by going out your bedroom door(#1) is very pretty! Daniel stopped by to get our payment that evening....Great guy!

Nothing directly to do with the property but I’d recommend arriving in daylight due to the location.

Host was very helpful in welcoming us and helping us to find a driver to the airport. The accommodation was clean with everything you could need. Would stay again :)

The apartament is really close to bus station and Not very far of the downtown on foot. I had read that Belize werent safe but I didnt feel any dangerous

The only thing I noticed that would improve this stay is maybe have a standing mirror of some sort so guests can get ready. The only mirror was in the bathroom and was impossible to use because everyone needed to use the bathroom. Also, please have maybe some mats in the bathroom,non slip preferably because I feared walking out and slipping down or my father who has Alzheimer's and also some behind the door hooks for wet towels or hanging a purse to not have clutter.

I absolutely loved the apartment,it's small/ compact and had everything for a short stay. I will definitely be back.Our check in was easy and the owner is very sweet leaving a couple beers and water on a hot day.The people in the other apartment were so nice too.

The karaoke bar went on until 2am :( but it was the night before New Year eve and it is a city.

It was nice to have a beer when we arrived & coffee in the am. It was close to the market where we got a good breakfast , the taxis & the bus station!

The location is a bit odd but, the property is very well secured and has security cameras. We felt safe.

Didn't feel like a safe neighbourhood. No blankets (just top sheets...not the same thing.) Minor things e.g TV maybe mounted too high for the width of the room so to watch it one needs to constant look up, not much space to place toiletries in bathroom.

Clean, modern, new, easy to self check in, secured parking. Comfy pillows. Fairly quiet after 11pm. Before that some noises from neighbours talking and dogs barking but i expected it since this is in the city.
