The balcony, ocean front location, trees and plants, fresh breakfast, room setup made for an incredible stay.

Mangoes falling on the roof outside was sometimes a shock (a small boom from the lime sized fruits) but once I got used to it I accepted it as part of the atmosphere, and came to enjoy it.

My teen and I were there for 4 days, The apartment was spacious, laid out well and a nice place to be. The on site hostess was a pleasure, and the dogs are sweeties. It was a nice distance from down town to be walkable to most places.

If I am to say something I didn’t like it would be how off the beaten path this b&b is. But besides that great place to stay.

Clean and comfortable. Great view from the balcony of our room. The breakfast was really good was made by the amazing host. All in all was a great stay.

The location is in a dark area for night time. The dog is too free to access the chairs and sleep on the cushions on the verandah. The dog is up in our faces when we’re relaxing and eating on the verandah.

Beautiful property right in front of the ocean. Serene and peaceful. Morning breakfast was yummy! The pancakes are great! The space is clean, beds comfortable. I loved not having a tv. WiFi is fast. Very walkable to downtown area. I would stay again!

I didn't realize the deck space was shared, but it wasn't a big deal as the area is large enough.

Great rooms, not all had AC but ours did and it worked great. There was a lot of room and it had everything we needed. The host was very kind and accommodating. Breakfast was great, always the right amount of food and everything was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

Xavi was very helpful and answered us all our questions. We liked the quiet atmosphere and from our balcony we could see the sunrise over the care bean sea. The breakfast with fresh fruits, juices and baked delicious food we liked very much. We could use the SUP and bicycles for free. I destinitevely would recommend it.

On Booking.com it stated we would pay at the property but my credit card was charged right away, which was a few days away from our arrival. I was a little taken aback when the procedure stated was not followed.

The beds and linens were exceptionally comfortable and the breakfast was good quality, so as a bed and breakfast, they deliver. The water pressure was good and the unit we had (Sunset) was well equipped with good quality items and beautifully decorated. I felt very comfortable in our space. The property was flexible by adding a day to our reservation when I realized the boats from Livingston don't run on weekends.

While we loved our canine companions, Sugar and Spice, keeping us company on our walks, there was a symphony of dogs barking in the evenings and sometimes early morning that made sleeping difficult at times.

This is a beautiful location to visit PG, very close to restaurants and schools with a stunning view. Gluten free banana muffins and pancakes made with almond flour were so delicious. The apartment felt like home and made for a comfortable extended stay.

Maybe having an extra box fan available for the really hot days.

The bed was very comfortable. Although there was no air-conditioning in my room it was comfortable at night with the fan on, probably because the room is right on the ocean front. The area was very quiet and off the main beaten path. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to PG. On my first night the hot water was out, but I called the office and they had it fixed the next day. Cold showers in this part of the world, really aren't that cold anyways. The towels were nice and plush and large. I like having a black washcloth for my face, so I don't feel like I am ruining linen with dirt and sweat. The room was very spacious, and it was nice for having my friend over to visit and make dinner.

There wasn’t consistent hot water in the shower. At times it was either scalding hot, or cold. It was cold water showers most of the times for the two nights we stayed.

The whole place and vibe was beautiful. Open and natural lighting. The dogs were like our best pals and kicked it with us on the veranda on the second floor.
