The room was clean and tidy, the kitchen was well equipped and the hot shower was excellent.

The location is not good, but the price is cheap. The wifi is sometimes good and sometimes bad, unstable.

Very spacious and comfortable rooms, especially the beds. In a quiet area, good for relaxation and a feel at home stay. Facility arranged enjoyable game drive and boat cruise activities. Excellent for self-catering. Good Wi-Fi

We had to pay more for the accommodation than the given price on booking.com. Facility has no speed point to pay, hence we were charged a higher rate of the exchange baru rather the national banks exchange rates which are lower. Same applied for activities charged which was really inconvenient. No shade for car parking. TV is not smart TV.

Place is always clean, the guy is very helpful. Very accommodating. They are always there to open the gate for you. Beds comfortable. Aircon! Hot water always available. Location is great! Easy to navigate to shops. Speak English so communation was easy. When you have a problem they sort it out immediately.

The wifi is quite weak. The lady is not really friendly, but not rude at all. The pool didn't have water. Leaking tap. The taps are too big for the small sinks, so you have to be careful when opening the water otherwise you will get an unwanted shower lol. No proper shower, only shower heads. The room lighting is not that great because all the rooms had a dark spot that could do with a standing lamp or something.

I like the simplicity of the guest house. It makes my family really feel at home.

The aircooler in room 5 where my son was satying was blowing hot air from its exaust. I think it should be properly connected for the hot air to go outside instead of inside.

From the pictures, the place looks okay. But Imagine arriving at the premises, then there's no one to open for you and it's at night.

The fact that my booking was confirmed, but when I arrived at the guesthouse the gate was locked, is a concern. I tried to hoot but no one responded.

As we were the only guests during that weekend, we could enjoy the fully equipped kitchen for ourselves. The place is situated in a rather quiet area in Flowertown/Kazungula. We had a good time. Also worth mentioning: The guest house prices are definitely good value for money.

The internet connection was not the best, mainly because of the poor bandwidth provided by Mascom. Sometimes buffering happened when streaming and a complete dropout was there once too. The first night had a lot of moscitos during all night, the following nights we had our own repellents.

The security man was the only helpful person that had some hospitality skills and he is the only reason why this place gets a 5

The cleaning lady ripped me off, she "helped" me get a cab to Kasane and agreed with the driver to charge me twice the rate so she could keep divide the rest with him, then she would ask me for a "drink" and "airtime" everytime she had a chance. I understand random people in Kasane can rip you off as a tourist, but usually you put some trust on the staff of the place you are staying at, so this was very deceiving. To her credit, she was the one who helped me check in as the reception woman was nowhere to be found, she only appeared at the end so she could receive the money from the reservation. The cherry on top was the precarious internet connection, for real? It's 2025.

The Host was very welcoming The beds are very comfortable and clean The water is super hot The aircon is the best Sheets are clean you actually feel at home, I booked one night but extended it. That's how comfortable we were .

I booked 2 rooms for me and hubby with kids We were allocated rooms far apart Kids room basin was not working 😕 they had to brush teeth and wash hands with shower water this was very inconvenience. They came and fix it,it only worked for minutes and started leaking and flooding the room They didn't move the kids instead brought a bucket and my husband had to mop the floor, very unpleasant. Wifi is not strong Goggle map led us to a dead end road at night and it was very scary.

The guest house is clean, quite and the staff are friendly. The kitchen is awesome. Wow, the rooms are very comfortable with proper aircon.

There is no shade for cars. Cars have to spend the entire day in the sun. The swimming pool wasnt working. The staff promissed to put shadnets.

There was a friendly guard which was a saving grace.

On the booking we saw a pool and was looking forward to using it unfortunately it was not working.

There was no toilet paper provided in my room on my second day. Toilet paper was removed from my room.
