Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. The staff was friendly and polite. The hotel and room were clean. Staff was ready to assist when we needed something so 5/5 for that.

South AfricaThe only areas where they were let down was our waitress for the Saturday evening was well below par, the fly control at breakfast needs urgent attention and they need to repair the blinds in the windows or fit voile curtains. Currently there is no privacy from the car park if the curtains are open.
It is clear that Phakalane is striving to achieve the highest world class standards in hospitality. For the most part they are succeeding. Almost all the staff we encountered were warm, attentive and professional. The manager and reception staff in particular. The facilities and environment are wonderful.
