    The rooms opened up to a high wall Some weird curtains were used to separate the reception from the rooms at night Could literally hear people walking up the stairs at night so could not sleep Dirty towels, yet they say they charge if there is make up on the towels…had to send them back for fresh towels

    It was clean

    The pillows very stiff and uncomfortable. The rooms had a lot of humidity, and the a/c was too cold and it didn’t work well to graduate the temperature. The bathroom was a bit old. It was more expensive than Buzios. It’s not very close to the beach I thought it was in front of the beach

    The location was excellent

    First of all, the service and communication were very lousy, they didn't give us any information about Wifi ,a daily cleaning service ( there were none ) the bed was terrible, very uncomfortable and the pillows were worse, the toilet seat was broken .We were going to stay longer , but we decided to change to another hotel .

    The hotel room is comfortable. The bathroom has a good space. Facilities are quite beautiful in a nice area of town.

    I had a terrible situation where another guest opened my hotel room door with the key. The allegation was that they moved the other guest for a different room without they knowing, and when they returned, they just gave the spare key. This is unacceptable. The situation was controlled, but imagine what could have happened if I was not in the room or in an embarrassing situation. This is a severe security issue. For this incident, I do not recommend the hotel.

    The breakfast was delicious. It’s right next to the boats to take to ilha de Japones. It’s a 15 minute walk from the beach. A very beautiful hotel and a very nice room.

    The only thing I can say is that the rooms don’t have a lot of light so if you need to do make up bring a light with you.

    We booked the room with jacuzzi and view of the harbour. Very nice room, breathtaking view, big jacuzzi. We celebrated our honeymoon and the room was specially decorated for us, very beautiful!

    They could offer more information in the room on menu’s and roomservice and/or offer some options like a minibar. There was a fridge we could use for our own stuff. But we were ready to splurge a bit, and had a hard time finding out how. We ended up leaving the hotel much more then we planned to to spend our money elsewhere on food, excursions and massage.

    It was a nice environment, everything was very clean, staffs were amazing (specially Bia and the guys at the reception), great breakfast, the location was great, we had an amazing experience! We definitely would go back.

    We got a massage at the hotel with two girls, the massage was good but at the end of it we said we maybe would go back the next day, but we never confirmed or booked it. The next day our plans changed and we didn’t want to get a massage and one of the girls came up to the pool saying that we need to pay for the massage and it was a bit rude of her when we never confirmed anything or booked.

    Very beautiful location. The breakfast was very nice and the pool area was also very cosy. The rooms were clean and lovely. The staff was very friendly
