Some elements of then place needs upgrading for example the shower sprayed all over the bathroom. There was lots and lots of ants. The pool is not properly cleaned nor the dishes for that matter

Our ferry was cancelled to Statia so only stayed 1 night instead of 2. Location is out of town so you need to organise a taxi. Breakfast was good. The room was basic but good for an overnight stay. Wifi was scratchy but Tony gave us a dongle and it was fixed in the morning. Very quiet and the pool was lovely. There were kitchen facilities but we didn’t use them.

    The communication

The view of Saint Kitts. The quietness ( except for the 3 hours of cutting grass early in a sunday morning). Free ferry drop off.

Quite a walk from the town.

Fine views. Quiet location. Spacious and comfortable cabins. Friendly host who gave a ride to town and organized taxi for early morning.

It's an hour walk into town and back and there's nowhere to eat here but the accommodation does provide breakfast. The cottages are open at the top and bugs fly in with the light on in the evening. There is a mosquito net but it gets in the way and blocks the airflow from the fan.

very nice cottages in a beautiful area

Bad wifi in my cabin. Also some branches of a tree kept scretching my roof all night.

Quiet surroundings, great view and pool chillings.

The lack of air conditioning, but Tony went out of his way to attend to it above and beyond and make me comfortable. Furthermore, a brand new AC system is expected to be installed very soon.

Breakfast was basic , but prepared with care and individual attention. The view from every angle was breathtaking. Being minutes from the very tip of the island made for the most gorgeous and peaceful sightseeing and restful experiences. The neighborhood was safe to walk around as well as providing a beautiful vista.

The walk to Oranjestad is about 2K but there is hardly any shade so make sure you have protection against the sun. I think it would be ideal if there is a BBQ that we can use.

Quiet. Felt safe. We have our own cabin which is equipped with a kitchenette so we did some cooking. Breakfast is included.

the cabins have big openings in front of them towards the roof to allow fresh air to come in since there is no A/C = it works great except for for the fact that anything like a big spider, lizards, huge butterfly and 10000 mosquitos :D got in - it's a raw experience but a great one! Not for everyone for sure!

A bit of a slog to walk to town. Things like the ability to close the bathroom door without needing to move the towel rack in front of it to keep it closed and loose plugs that don't always keep the plug engaged could be improved with more maintenance.

The host treats one like family, providing a transfer if he has time, making one breakfast most days of the week, and filling one in on the local culture. The cabanas are basic structures that have aged, with a few maintenance issues, but the bug netting around the beds were hole free and worked very well. Larger than average for a cabana, well separated from each other and plenty of privacy. The breakfast area overlooking the ocean is very beautiful. Overall, a very adequate stay.

Lots of moths because of the light and open roof concept but the mosquito net that goes over the bed helped that and was cute too, Lighting wasn't the best either Breakfast was supposed to be included but was told the chef was on vacation. Didnt have anyone coming by to clean and there were no cleaning products available in the cabin, place could use a few upgrades.

It was super breezy, and the view was beautiful. Bed was comfortable and cozy, didn't need air-conditioning Communication was great and the manager was super friendly and helpful.

There is nothing I can think of what I didn't like.

Loved the location, which is slightly outside of the main town in the middle of nature. The little houses have a view of the ocean and you can hear the goats and birds roaming around outside the property. The bed is super comfortable and large size, making it the perfect place to relax with a view of the ocean. Or to go down to the pool for a refreshing swim. Tony, the manager is super friendly and always ready to help. The island itself is super sweet, not super touristy, but still with nice tasty restaurants by the harbor or a more authentic eating experience in town. Would highly recommend

No checkin area, had to call someone to come. Property not maintained, the grass was a bit to high for me. No light or path to the room. Had to use mobile flashlight to find the room. Lighting in the room to dim. Majority of the appliances are rusted. Cobweb in the ceiling.

The Hospitality of the staff. The view of white wall, the ocean and neighboring island St Kitts. Sound of the ocean with fresh air. Quiet.

You could tell that the property - the buildings and the landscaping - was once a sparkling gem. It seems the ‘bare minimum’ is being done to keep the place going. The whole place is looking rather worn out and tired. A refresh is definitely needed. The manger, Tony, is very nice. There was a bit of a language barrier. Check-in and check-out procedures were not clearly delineated and lead to some interesting situations.

    Solitude and scenery

A the very large Brown Widow spider crawled up beside me when I was winding down for bed, but I guess the comes with the tropics the rooms are quite hot, not well designed to incorporate the sea breeze, and was missing some basic things like a dish towel in the kitchenette or hand towel in the bath. It was almost like they weren’t expecting me, though I had a confirmed reservation. Check in was not smooth, I wish they would have given pre-arrival check in information, and when the gentleman did come to meet me he failed to give me important information such as where the pool and breakfast was. It’s a mile from town, but on a road with no shade and you bake in the sun. Bike rental would have been amazing.

    It is beautiful.

Lacking quite a bit in communication. Very sweet lady made breakfast and did the cleaning, but didn’t speak a word English, which created a lot of confusion and stress for both parts. We got next to no information at arrival and were pretty much on our own most of the time.

Nice facilities and the host was very kind and helpful with giving us a ride into town etc.
