The bathroom had a foul smell coming from the drains. The bathroom door could not be fully opened as it bumped into the sink. The Wi-Fi in my room was hopeless, though it worked well in the reception.

I liked the proximity to the centre, the spacious room and the garage. Breakfast was decent.

Affordable, clean, breakfast and coffee included in the morning, cool building, excellent location, and they connected me with an awesome and affordable tour of the mine. There are other hostels in town that also seem good, probably geared towards a backpacker party crowd. As a sober guy who loves to sleep soundly, this place met all my expectations.

Unfortunately, breakfast was disappointing—the food quality was poor, and the coffee machine rarely worked properly. The breakfast area is in the small, draughty reception space, which didn’t make for a comfortable dining experience. While the reception staff were friendly, they also handled kitchen duties, which may have contributed to the overall lack of quality.

The rooms are quite basic, with old mattresses and dated decor. The bathrooms offer a bit more space, and some rooms have nice views. The hotel is a taxi ride from the bus station but conveniently located near some interesting sights in town.

The colonial building is superb for accommodation. The location is perfect for Potosi, close to Plaza and tour agencies. Breakfast was terrific, with coca leaves provided. This is excellent value for money.

The bathroom is a bit small

Warm room which we needed after the freezing days in Uyuni. Hot shower and big bed. Breakfast was simple but plenty of food (bread with ham and cheese, cereal, juice, milk, yogurt and warm drinks). Very helpful staff.

We missed something sweet at the breakfast as croissants or cookies, but for the rest it has everything to start the day with energy!!!

Staff didn't speak English, and my bathroom door didn't fully open as it was a little small. The other issue is that, while the location is close to the centre, it's uphill. Walking back to the hotel took a while, even though it was close to the centre.

The breakfast was great, the bed and bedroom were large and comfortable. The hotel itself is set in a beautiful building and the staff generally seemed helpful. Great value for money and a decent location.

It was a challenge to park our Nissan x-trail with rooftoptent inside the garage. It’s a narrow street and there is not much place to turn your car. The garage door is narrow too and not so high.

We liked the breakfast, fast Wifi and great location to the plaza! One of the staff members was really kind to help us park the car inside the garage. She also greeted us in the morning and asked if we slept okay.

Outdated rooms which are quite noisy. We were unlucky to stay a night when the nearby college was very loudly celebrating its 100th birthday. Thank god for ear plugs! When we arrived our booking hadn’t come through yet, we booked a room with air conditioning and they first placed us in a room without. We then asked them for a different room and again got one without, but it wasn’t too hot that day so we just accepted it. But it was a bit strange and got me wondering whether they have rooms with air conditioning at all.

It’s an old mansion so a beautiful building. Room is nice but a bit outdated with regards to furniture, perhaps to keep the old mansion in style. Breakfast was all right too. The staff is amazing. I had a personal problem (not with the hotel) and they helped me perfectly. Also, the next day when needing a cab, the lady walked with us all the way down the street to flag one down.

Staff were lovely and very helpful - waited on the street in the rain to help me get a taxi. Room was very quiet - despite s few functions going on at the hotel in their conference rooms. Bed super comfy!
