Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwitzerlandI had a wonderful stay at this gem and went back several times. Would highly recommend as an oasis in busy La Paz. Very safe neighborhood to walk to cafes and shops. The girls did everything they could to make the stay perfect and were always available for questions. Breakfast simple but good.

PeruWhen we arrived in the evening to check in, we were told by the person at the front desk that they did not know how to process our credit card for payment. At this point, because she could not determine how to record our payment, we were asked to go the following day to a bank to pay or to use a QR code to pay for our stay. We found this very strange as the hotel advertised it accepted credit cards. We are not from Bolivia nor do we have a bank account in Bolivia. We asked again about this in the morning and the day reception staff member was able to process our card with no issues. We arrived to check in at 7pm and asked at reception where we could find places to eat that were nearby within walking distance. She said she was not familiar with local restaurants nor did she have a list of local services nor a map to share with us. Not a terribly great welcome to be honest. It would have been great if the hotel had a list of local services --especially food as there is no restaurant at the hotel --to share with guests. After travel all over Bolivia we had become accustomed to very hospitable treatment everywhere. Our first impression here was not great but as you can see in our positive comments we did have a really nice stay after all.
Very friendly staff overall. The gentleman at the front desk realized we were struggling to get our time organized on our last day in La Paz and offered to bring our laundry to the laundromat and also went to retrieve it and placed it in our room. This gesture was very much appreciated!! Our room was upgraded to a suite which was perfect for us. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. Very quiet and peaceful place.

BoliviaThe room was horribly hot at the moment and there was no AC. They also just have breakfast until 9am. I mean, I'm on vacations, i don't need to be stressed waking up at 8 on a weekend to eat.
The location is very good, the rooms are clean and bathrooms are great. Is also very cozy, like coming home.
