I had an accident while in road and I had to use all the towels of the room (I was full of blood due to severe wounds). I politely asked the lady in the reception to have my towels changed and the garbage taken out early in the morning (I asked it before 08:30 am). By the noon (16:00) no one had bothered to do so. I had to ask another persons I met in the stairs to have a new pair of towels (at 17:00).

The room was close to the city centre and well refurbished so it was quite comfortable and cozy. Breakfast was just decent. They offer airport transfer free of charge.

It is the airconditioning. It is super hot in Brunei and there was a problem with mine - had a bad migraine if am not mistaken it was room 402. I told them but there was no room available. But generally, aside from that. It is a good place to stay.

The property provides a one-day tour so you can technically see the whole city in one day. The airport pick-up and drop-off are good free services. The buffet but if youll be staying too long, you’ll notice that maybe food are just being heated on but am not complaining cause food are okay. Staffs are of good customer service. They said there are monkeys somewhere but am glad I didtn get to meet them.

Any hot breakfast items were cold unless there early. Beds were a bit hard but we got used to them.

Awesome shuttle pick up, drop off and tour. Can't fault our guide and driver, Boy. He was superb. A half hour or so easy walk into the city on good footpaths. Felt safe even in the evening.

The wifi was slow in my room

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The AC was good which was needed as it was very hot in Brunei. I enjoyed the complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. The bathroom was clean. The staff were friendly. There is a night market close by with plenty of food stalls

Early checkin only with additional costs, despite the room is ready. An armchair should be great! Poor breakfast for western travellers. Be aware with monkeys!

Free airport shuttle is GREAT. Thanks. Room is quite good but without an armchair and no fridge if I remember well. Bed and shower are good. Masjid Ali is from short walk and it is a fruit market from some steps.

The room was simple and there was a lack of surface space for working or setting out my toiletries in the bathroom. The bed was hard.

Pick up and drop off at the airport was very helpful. I appreciated and enjoyed the free (except for the B$10 admission charge to Balai Khazanah Islam Museum) tour. The staff was very nice and helpful. Good internet. The shower was strong.

The hotel was in a great location, but the highlight was the exceptional staff. Everyone is nice, friendly, and super helpful. I took the complimentary shuttle tour offered and my tour guide Stanley was the best!

It was very functional- it isn’t trying to be upmarket. That being said, the breakfast could be better. No gluten free options- although that is pretty common in Brunei.

Very central, easy walk to main mosque, downtown, waterfront etc. Easy to get around (download Dart if you want to get ‘taxis’ - the local Uber but you pay in cash. Also, loved the free airport shuttle- they even came and got me at 1.30am when my plane was delayed.

We got a message through Booking.com saying there is no pickup service. After getting to the hotel with a Dart-taxi we found a driver was actually waiting for us at the airport. We could not figure out where this miscommunication originated. Breakfast is minimalistic.

Breakfast was ok but refilling of the Buffett was conducted in a haphazard way. We were unaware eggs could be ordered until the second day when we overheard another guest requesting. There wasn’t any way of knowing this. This was a theme of the hotel.

The location of this hotel was within walking distance to the waterfront and local restaurants/eateries. Room size was great with daily cleaning services. Bottles of water provided along with tea and coffee making facilities.

Excellent location - walkable to the waterfront. Efficient airport transfer. Both ways. Very good service. Extremely friendly driver (thanks Boy) and check in staff too. Room was good. Clean. Decent shower. Had everything we needed. Bottled water provided. Boy gave us a great recommendation for a boat tour - reasonable price and we had a great couple of hours down the river and in the water village. Had a great time in Brunei.
