Great location and very friendly staff. Really enjoyed the city. The room was small and I had problems with the power. But it was clean.

Budget friendly, clean resthouse in a top location — right by the waterfront with restaurants, cafes, and a mall. Most sights are also within walking distance. Rooms are asic but reliable: Good AC, en-suite shower, Wi-Fi. Many rooms without windows, but to me that's a plus; dark, cool room = good sleep. 🙂 Family-run with really friendly staff who speak simple English. They helped me booking rides through the app, "Dart", when I wasn't able to do it myself, making sure I got to the airport on time. Great value if you want a safe, honest place to sleep, without all the luxury.

The lift to the room, smelled bad, they did not clean the rooms until checkout, my AC was leaking but they didn't address it. The receptionist didn't speak English so it was hard to communicate.

The place is located right next to the harbour, you could take a walk in the evening and go the the water village. The rooms were decent.

The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom smell, which was probably coming from the pipe. I could not close the bathroom door because it smelled so bad when I opened it.

The property is conveniently located near the Kampong Village harbor and is surrounded by many cafes and restaurants. I stayed in a double room, which was suitable for a short visit and was quite clean.

The reception area and area near the lift were a bit shabby but for this price I was not expecting luxury . The room was very nice and the location and room more than made up for the slightly shabby exterior .

Very cheap , Lovely clean , well equipped room - including fridge, kettle , hairdryer and iron with ironing board. The location is very good , right on the waterfront and near to the mall and a few convenience stores . Easy walk to all city centre sights . Staff were helpful and pleasant .

The bedroom is not so soft and wifi is not really good but co side ring the price it was acceptable for me. toilet gets super wet after shower since it’s right in front of shower head.

They’re wet many reviews complaining about insects but i saw noun. There wasn’t even a window. Shower was good cuz you can change temperature from one degree by tapping button so you can arrange it or perfect temperature. They also keep luggage after check out. They give you 1500ml bottled water.

This is a no frills establishment , the entrance , reception and corridor through to the lift is very basic and feels a little hostel like but the room was great.

Excellent location , right on the waterfront and in walking distance to most of the city sights .Also small supermarkets just outside the door and main shopping mall 3 mins walk away . The room was clean and well appointed with coffee-making facilities, fridge, , iron and ironing board , TV, and reasonable WiFi. Great view out onto the river and water village .

I cannot switch on the fan because i can see the dust. But overall okey because the aircond very cold.

This is definitely a low budget hotel. The lobby is tiny with one person working behind a little glass window. The walls of the hallway are covered in green Astroturf. The bathroom is very small but  the room is a good size. It is clean.

The air conditioning in the fan were very good.  The location is excellent – right in the heart of downtown and walking distance to major attractions. It is right across the river from the water village.
