How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Spacious, clean, quiet room. No services in the hotel, but few malls right across the street with several choices for breakfast and dinner. Parking is not a problem.

- there was no toilet paper in the room - I was told that the concept of a "resthouse" is to not have any amenities, which I can understand in principle for things like toothbrush etc. but this should definitely NOT be the case for toilet paper - after all, no one wants to go looking for toilet paper when arriving after a long travel and just wanting to use the toilet... (in the end I was given toilet paper for free, but at least this particular "amenity" should ALWAYS be included for everyone without discussion) +/- accommodation is very close to the airport (2-3 min by taxi, but with ridiculous prices of 5-7 BND given the very short distance) and technically possible to walk, but there is no pedestrian walk and one has to cross over bigger roads multiple times and partially walk on the main road for the cars as well - so this is not recommended with more luggage than a backpack and even then, one should still remain careful
+ staff was friendly and check-in was smooth + room was clean + vicinity was quiet + location is very close to the "Airport Mall" with several restaurants, big supermarket and even Western food such as KFC/McDonald's + WiFi worked fine, albeit not super fast

We have to pay the mini water park but its ok lah..may be our payment can be used for maintenance.

I left my toiletries bag in the when we checked out. They emailed to let me know, it would be at the front office. When I returned, it was waiting for me.

Not much, although the walk from the airport, while close, is a bit sketchy with having to dice it with the traffic and the holes in the grass.
Good close walk to the airport for a several hour rest between flights. Room was clean and cool. Good shower and comfy bed. Note the pool on the rooftop is an additional charge so plan accordingly. Shops just over the road for snacks and some quick souveniers.

Knowing its only a stone thrown away from the airport yet taxi can cost you about 15 to 20 BND. If the hotel staff can arrange some shuttles for their guests it will be great goodwill gesture and selling point for them. And it's not even minute or two drive
Close to the airport so if you are transiting then it's a good place to refresh and recoup.

Close proximity to the airport by taxi or car. The public bus does not ply the route It is very accommodating, even super late arrival, close to midnight The room is super spacious. Comes with microwave. Did not get to check out the mini playland. But it looks very inviting Super smooth check-in. Accept payment by card

We booked a family room and is confirmed but unable to get it and says it was taken. I just dont like that its confirmed under booking.com but when we arrived is booked out. Good thing there is an available one room with king size bed and we tried to fit ourselves for 4 people.
Comfortable and easy access to Airport. Close proximity to shops. Bed is comfortable, with automatic lights and switch easy on including the automatic curtains.

Would prefer a harder bed with less textured bed sheet.
Clean room with modern features such as Smart TV and one central area to control lighting and air conditioning. Being close to the aiport is a plus.

The room is big and very modern, with smart controls for the lights and curtain. We had a good rest and was able to check out at 1pm since we aready arrived at 2am. Staff is friendly and helpful.
