We were quite apprehensive at first that the hotel didn't have a sign by the building it was in plus the hotel entrance is directly across a gym, but it was all good in the end.

This is an introvert's paradise: fully electronic way to access the hotel and room, but with very helpful and responsive staff on standby via WhatsApp. They were also quite accommodating with our request for a slight checkout time extension due to extenuating circumstances. The room was also quiet, clean, with smart TV, and all-temp water dispenser close to the rooms. Though our room had no windows, ventilation was good and we didn't feel claustrophobic. We were actually able to rest very well in these conditions. We also never went hungry since it is located just across the Gadong Mall, several eating establishments, and grocery shops.

Plastic could have been removed from shower and touchpad. Wifi was abysmal, kept disconnecting. Luggage storage was cleaning supplies room and didn't lock. This needs to be improved.

Trying to remember the codes to the entrance and our rooms was a small hassle but that's just a small nitpick. I'm very satisfied with everything else.

Room was clean and comfortable. I had no issues with any noise from the gym and outside. I was very happy that they had a hairdryer and an iron available despite it being a budget hotel. We even had access to netflix on the TV. The response time from the management is quick.

My room doesn't have windows, sometimes it feels a little dark but it's not an issue for me since the hotel is only a place to rest at the end of the day. Also, the hotel is located on 2nd floor, no elevator, so not really suitable for old people or those with mobility issues.

Location was nice, right next to Gadong Night Market, Gadong Mall. Distance to city center is not too far and it takes about 5$ per Dart ride. The hotel is quite new, clean. It's a self check-in hotel but hotel staff is very supportive and responsive on whatsapp. My entire stay was comfortable.

The hotel is on the 1st floor and no elevator. For old people or with medical problems, might pose a challenge going up. The hotel is located at a place with lots of dogs around. So it was quite noisy at night sometimes. This was stated in the hotel’s description, so it is up to you to decide to stay there (Beware of dogs)

It is a brand new hotel and affordable. All amenities were in top-notch conditions. They have refrigerator, Smart TV, Ironing board + iron, coffee and tea with water boiler and Wi-fi. They also have water & ice dispenser right in front of our room. Despite having the same management with another establishment that we always stayed in, we had no problem in payment or communicating with them. Safety was one of the things that we liked because all entrance used security codes. Location is good with malls and eateries nearby.

* Not easiest to find at night (no clear Nuvo signage) * This is not an issue with me but it would be helpful to state clearer at the start there is no lifts/elevators and only stairs to access to the rooms. Hence not friendly to disabled customers or possibly the elderly with walking issues. * The lack of assistance for anyone with heavy luggages to bring up to the rooms via the stairs. * The lack of personal contact with staff from the hotel.

The shower is clogged. They don’t fix it at all. Your feet is full of water while shower. The bin is not enough. There is no light at the desk too
