The bathroom smelled a bit bad. The cleanings can be slightly improved. The staff was available to reply to my questions via WhatsApp but never met them in person.

Comfortable room in Gadong. It is located in front of the mall and it is surrounded by restaurants and shops.

The room is basically a bed and a shower. There would not be enough space to open a large suitcase. An extra pair of pillows would have been great.

The room is about 10-15 minutes away from the Gadong night market. The bed was firm. The pillows are ok. AC war strong. Filtered water is freely available. Shower water pressure was great (with hot water). Clean.

Low shower water pressure, Internet connection was intermittent, and I saw a roach inside my room. :(

Managements policies on insisting on payment before giving us the room code to enter. This Was very patronising and inconsiderate as we had just arrived in the country and didn’t have the exact change to put the payment into the box at that immediate time.

This hotel boasts a fantastic location, within walking distance of the mall, Gadong night market, and numerous restaurants. It's perfect if you want to be in the heart of the action. However, the rooms are small, offering limited space, especially for opening luggage. Keep in mind there's no lift, which could be challenging with heavy bags. Also, be aware that there are many dogs in the area that may chase you at night, potentially making you feel unsafe.

My stay at EZ Suites was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect, with easy access to shopping malls and restaurants. I felt very safe throughout my stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. I highly recommend this place for its convenience and comfort!

The room AI located in a moderate building. The suit has a entry space quite larga and common facilities. We are very happy with the location and for the value of the money, the room is excelenty.

Spacious room, clean and comfortable. We are a group of 4 and the room is for 6 people. Very nice and convenient. Really easy to check in. They give us step by step instructions. The room price is very affordable. Really meet my expectation. They also let us to keep our luggage temporary after check out. Great hospitality.

It can be a bit noisy at night since it is in a busy area. Hopefully with some better sealing at the windows, it can be improved.

The location was great with a lot of restaurants and grocers downstairs, it was very easy to get what I needed during mt stay. The room was cozy and clean, design is also modern and simple. The hotel also provided a TV that I could cast my phone to watch TV which was great. No weird or funky smell like some other older hotels. Overall, i managed to rest well during my stay.

Room is small, but the bed was very comfortable. TV with Netflix. Everything is managed hands off by code. The codes did not work at first, but the staff is always reachable and reacts quickly with a new code. We were able to store our bags during the day of our departure. Close to the Gadong mall and nightmarket.

The rooms are very congested. There is no place where you can sit or pray inside a room.
