United StatesMy flight got in early in the morning and was able to come by to drop off my bags; they notified me that my room was ready around noon and got to check-in. Loved that the check-in process was easy and straightforward. Good location, right next to the famous chicken & rice restaurant and night markets. Overall was a good place to stay for the cost!

Vietnam20 minutes away from the city center. Need to take the bus but it only works from 7am to 5pm. Thus, it is difficult to enjoy nightlife at the city center. Bed is quite small for 2 people. No water dispenser for morning before 9am
Staffs are super friendly and gave lots of useful advice to travel around city. This place is very clean with lots of household equipment. Near Gadong night market with lots of food selection, malls and shops

Basically this place is very engaging compared to city itself. the lodge is very near to Gadong Mall and you have walk few minutes to bus stop. Easy access to vegetarian food and fast foods like Pizza hut, McD , Jollybee, Aichaa and many more! Don't surprise if you find this place have more people compared to the city. The lodge passed me tour guide number (Mr.Andie). he is the bestttt 💯 vry knowledgeable and friendly. just tell your budget and he will arrange itenaries for you or you can discuss with him. and this place is like 15 minutes walks to Masjid Jame' Asr Hassanil Bolkiah Mosque.

United KingdomCould have been a bit cleaner. Had an issue with small ants on the walls of my room. Also, though the room was spacious enough, it's severely lacking in furniture (there's one tiny table for the lamp), which makes it challenging to unpack for longer stays. And, as I said earlier, it's bizarre that there are no on-site staff to assist guests. The only workers I saw were the cleaners (who are a little rude) and I think another maintenance guy, none of whom seemed to speak much English.
Decent location, and a great price by Brunei standards. People have complained about the shower-over-toilet situation, but this is fairly standard in apartments across SE Asia. I never had any issues with waiting to use the bathroom either, despite there being only two of them. I initially found it a bit weird that 'reception' exists entirely via the medium of WhatsApp, but I must say that the online team went above and beyond in trying to help me with all of my queries and issues (early check-in and laundry assistance were especially appreciated). I'll give them an extra couple of points just for whoever the WhatsApp responder is!

PolandCommon area is small and is located next to the rooms. So when people are sitting there and talking you can hear everything. The check-in system and paying is super complicated. Unnecessary. We never met any other staff members except housekeeping. Every 'administration' you are doing through WhatsApp (only messages, they don't pick up the phone calls). For the money they ask is unacceptable not to have any contact with the manager.
We stayed in 2 different rooms. Both were quite nice. Especially the one with window. Beds were comfortable. Our room was ready before check-in time so it is a big advantage. Changing rooms was also fast and we didn't have to change our plans.

CanadaIt is far from downtown. They said it is 1.5 km but it is not true. It is far, it is around 4 km from downtown. Also they don’t honor the booking price. They charge you more. Watch it. It is dishonest. I read the reviews and they did that to other people as well. They said it’s because booking gave me a rebate. Yes they did but you are on booking and you have to honor their price but you don’t. I argue with them but they didn’t care. Nobody on the spot. You have a number to get in. Don’t forget it because you will be lock outside. Feel very impersonal. Every time you want something you need to email them. In the evening, they never answer. :(((
The place have very comfy beds. The cleaning lady is very nice. Near the night market.

Communication with the owners was very good and helpful. The location is convenient next to a major mall with bus connections to downtown. The room was comfortable, WiFi reliable and the common areas quite clean.

PortugalI think this place has potential but needs to improve a few things. Putting cash in a sealed envelope inside a deposit box seems a bit shady for me. I would rather pay directly to a staff member. I actually never saw any staff member present, only the cleaning crew, as there is no reception. The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything, which makes it difficult to fall asleep if you have loud inconsiderate guests in the rooms next to yours. They also should send one single email with all the info instead of constantly sending 'kind reminders' literally every day, which is very annoying.
They let me check in early which was nice because I was very tired. The room is small but I guess it's big enough for one person. The toilet/bathroom was also clean and the water temperature and pressure were good. The place was easy to find and is in a convenient location close to the airport and the mall with plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff was responsive on Whatsapp. Wifi was good. The AC worked like a charm.
