Nice and big room. Close to restaurants and supermarket. This is not a 4 star hotel in other parts of the world still a good rate for the room.

Staff policy driven instead of customer driven for example impossible get two keys. Breakfast simply not good.

Location is excellent as it is walkable distance to the famous mosque, near the waterfront as well as many choice of eating locations "away from the tourist area." Free airport shuttle is definitely a big big plus and will attract a lot of tourist alike.

The tablecloths and the chairs; covers (for the tables and the chairs at the lobby) were very old and very old-fashioned. - Very old-fashioned breakfast room and very small. - Most options of the buffet were Asian food, but not as the Asian food as you know. It was difficult to eat anything. Only some toast bread.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, especially due to its strategic location. It is just a short walking distance to the Eco-Corridor, which made it incredibly convenient to witness His Majesty’s Birthday Parade without the need for transportation. The area was lively and well-organized during the event, and being so close allowed me to fully enjoy the celebrations. Highly recommended for anyone planning to attend national events.

While the hotel offers a convenient location near key areas, my stay was affected by the noise levels at night. The sound of cars revving in the middle of the night and frequent ambulance sirens—likely due to the hotel’s proximity to a tertiary hospital—made it difficult to get a restful sleep. Light sleepers may want to take this into consideration.

Very close to the City-center, clean room, nice staff. Recommended!

I like the room. The swimming pool is ok. The enviroment is fine, that good and safe for me and my family.

The toilet is small and still not clean well. Not meet up my expectations.. I thought I wanted two queen bed, i got two single bed, might be it's my fault i guess. The swimming pool not that clean but can acceptable, but unfortunately it's close in the morning which make my kids very disappointed to the facility of the hotel. No one carry our luggage to the room.

A comfy hotel, big hotel room not far from main points if interest in Bandar Seri Begawan. Nice staff and easy to navigate to. They supply water, tea, coffee and cosmetics.

- room was kind of dark - toilet flush was faulty on my arrival - sadly no breakfast options included - I was only given 1 key card When removed from electrical slot it turned 'do not disturb' request off

The parking spot always got space to park my rental car

Hotel is very dated. Bathroom was getting mouldy due to the humidity. Room was very humid, despite air con being on. Shower seemed not properly washed either. Safe in room not closing. Pool area wasn’t the cleanest either.

Spacious room.. Good amenities provide in the room.. So convenience near to shop and market.. Hotel location not far from city centre and nearby hospital..
