We really can't think of anything we didn't like. We were extremely happy with our stay.

The host, Sabrina was amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed and wanted to give us as much info about the island as possible.

We spent 9 nights at the Bermuda Connections Guesthouse and were thoroughly looked after by Sabrina. Sabrina was a wonderful host, friendly and welcoming. She was on hand to recommend restaurants, things to do, help arrange transport and just lovely to chat to. The room was spacious and the kitchenette well equipped allowing us to enjoy meals in the gardens when not wanting to go out. The pool was a great addition, especially after a busy day of sightseeing. The guesthouse has good bus connections and easy to get to the beaches and Dockyard. The Beach Club and golf course are nearby for close dining options along with a small supermarket. Sabrina’s Bermuda Connections Guesthouse was perfect for our stay on island. NB. More suitable for potential travellers willing to have more independence and self cater.

Check in was a bit confusing. I didn’t get any information on what to do. This was my first time doing this type of vacation so I didn’t know what to expect. We never saw anyone but it was still a wonderful stay.

It was a bit dated and some things didn’t work when we arrived but Sabrina immediately addressed our concerns and took care of everything.

The views were incredible from the room we were staying in. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was very clean and the location was good. The owner Sabrina was very responsive whenever we had a question or concern about anything and went out of her way to be helpful.

What made our stay in Bermuda was the friendliness and warmth of the Bermudians and, in particular, our host Sabrina. She went above and beyond to make our holiday as perfect as it could be. The accommodation is fairly basic but has everything you need. The surrounding gardens and pool area are beautiful and well cared for. The house is a short walk from the bus stop and from there you can easily get to anywhere on the island. If you need any advice or restaurant suggestions Sabrina is on hand to help.

The first room we had was not what I expected. Small, cold, damp ( the heater would not stay on long enough to take off the chill). Could not get the TV to work. We asked Sabrina for another room and she got us a bigger better room immediately. We were much more comfortable after our move. I might add, we are in our 70’s and certain comforts are vital, and the weather was awful, so we could not enjoy the amenities.

Sabrina was excellent. She made us feel like we were her favorite guests ever!

By far the best part of the stay was the host. Sabrina gave us an unbelievable experience for our first trip to Bermuda. It was like staying with family. She always gave us the feeling that she cared about us and our vacation. Our party occupied 3 units and we had the pool to ourselves every night. She has an amazing knowledge of Bermuda that I can't imagine we could have gotten with anyone else. She recommended trips, restaurants and arranged travel for us. We would stay with her again without hesitation.

I don't think this is the fault of the host, but I received quite a few welcome emails with varying information which was a bit confusing.

The view from the property is amazing, and the host was amazing. On day one, she sat with me for at least 30 minutes to give me loads of information on the island, which came in very handy when the rest of my family arrived on the island. The room I had was very comfortable with a bed, small table, kitchen unit and bathroom and air conditioning. As a solo traveller, it was plenty of room for me. Lovely view overlooking the golf course and see and the pool.

There aren't any sun umbrella in the garden, so you cannot stay for a drink there when is sunny. The internet is not so good.

Sabrina is a nice person, who did care of everything. She can organize to rent a motorbike at her place, data sim card and everything you need.

I don't think there was anything we could fault, a little walk uphill from the main road if it's something you are not used to, even if there was any issue with accommodation Sabrina was there to resolve it.

After a quick flight from NY, Sabrina had arranged for the taxi to pick us up, and was as the accommodation to greet us and go through everything about transport in the area, what's close by etc, extremely helpful. She also was a great help when we need to make a reservation at nearby restaurant. She was never far away if needed. Having a pool there was perfect and the views from the location were beautiful.

A bit more space for the baggage and a full cupboard to store the items. Bathroom is a bit small, but fully ok. But the family-atmosphere Sabrina generated is extraordinary.

Sabrina is great !!! - worth to come to see just her. The best welcome I have seen for a while at booking.com accomodations. Room was well equipped, but not 100 % modern. Absolutly clean. Scooter service delivered the scooter directly to the accomodation.

Sabrina made us feel at home. She is a terrific hostess and a lovely representation of this country. Communication was excellent, her home is clean and comfortable, and she made sure we had everything we could possibly need for a beautiful stay.

This listing is very deceivable and not what it seems to be in the photos we were put in a small one better unit which was infested with flies ants and cockroaches. We arrived and we’re shopped at the grounds of the property with overgrown grass a green pool, full of algae Due to a broken pump and construction debris dead plants in pots and buckets an old deteriorated outdoor furniture. The host informed us she would be away and that her son would handle all our concerns and issues which were not properly addressed. I contacted the host via email and got a response days later advising me a short staff weather conditions which was the cause of the overgrown grass mind you it didn’t rain once in the five days we were there. She also informed us that the pool pump is broke and that new furniture was ordered, but didn’t want it to arrive until she returned. This was to be a special trip celebrating our anniversary, which was nothing less of a great disappointment. Attempted to find other accommodations for the surrounding areas. We’re all booked up. We spent most of our time off of the property and only came back to sleep, which was a very unpleasant experience with ants crawling on our skin. I am shocked at all the positive reviews, which makes me wonder if they are even real and accurate. I had asked the guest for some kind of compensation. However, the only offer she provided was to return at a discounted rate. We will not be returning to that property therefore did not accommodate the unfortunate conditions issues we had experienced. We loved Bermuda Connections!!! It will forever hold a very special place in our hearts and that’s all down to the fabulous host Sabrina. This lady is exceptional and goes the extra mile to make your stay special. We are already planning our return trip for 2026! We loved the location, the garden view and the pool views, we loved the colour of the house, we loved the big comfortable bed …we just loved everything!

If I could have a home with great views across the surrounding island but didn’t have to walk up a hill to get to the views that would be perfect.

The views were lovely. It had all the facilities we wanted or needed and Sabrina is always on hand to help and assist. Lots of places to sit outside. A comfortable self contained room with lots of kitchen facilities. Close to the reliable bus service. Each evening when we got back, Sabrina was there asking what we had done and offering us ice, which I readily accepted
