Wonderful staff who were always there to help under the directives of Villas supervisors Mr. Perverse who reacted professionally to my concerns and comments and address them promptly. The Villas are comfortable, quiet, and well supplied with amenities & consumables. Villa exterior as well is beautiful esp. the swimming pool which my kids enjoyed the most.

Love the atmosphere. The different restaurant options was a plus when we couldn’t figure out where to eat and the fact that we had a private beach access was a plus.

The staff was outstanding, and we truly appreciated the care and attention to detail in everything they did. Traveling with our little one, we were touched to find the room filled with toys for her and even a cake made just for her. This was a 10-star stay!

The room has an old style that does not fit in 2025 anymore

It is an old hotel with impression of a brand new hotel, the staff are amazing, I have been to multiple 5 stars hotels with very good reputation but non of those had same energy and enthusiasm among their staff. They were very welcoming and did everything perfect. I would rate my stay 2/10 if it wasn't for the staff!! although the hotel is amazing because of 1. Staff 2. multiple restaurants with different styles (Mexican, indian, etc..) 3. The hookah/shisha lounge is amazing 4. Multiple pools with one of them being big enough ! 5. Breakfast: The view of the breakfast room is incredible, I love it, the breakfast itself is diverse (although I have had better diversity in other hotels, yet it was amazing and we enjoyed it) 6. The couple massage was perfect 7. Each restaurant and bar is best at special timing of the day, for examole, one of the bars was amazing at night due to lightening and atmosphere while the mexican restaurant is also amazing at night, it was romanting in the non smoking area 8. The staff member, Mohammad Bin salman, welcomed and introduced us to the place, he was so welcoming and professional.

From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect! Yousef Alblooshi welcomed us with so much warmth and even surprised us with a beautiful room upgrade, which made our arrival extra special. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible care and attention from Mohamed Salman. He went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, always checking in on us with genuine kindness and a big smile. His hospitality made us feel like family, not just guests. I had requested a small arrangement to celebrate Eid, but what the team prepared was far beyond my expectations — my wife was deeply touched to find the room decorated with beautiful flowers, chocolates, and a warm festive atmosphere. Special thanks as well to Mohamed Eqbal and Aref from room service for their excellent service and attention. This was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The staff weren’t just professional, they were truly caring and thoughtful. We left with beautiful memories, thanks to the entire team. We can’t wait to come back again!

The resort has a top- notch facilities and Spa. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Although the resort was very busy due to Eid holidays, the staff were still very accommodating.

Room AC automatically disconnects so you come in from the heat to a warm room. Only works when you are in the room, which is not good in the extreme heat.

I would say it is a bit expensive compared to others. Although it make sense, I didn't like that everywhere we go inside the hotel we were asked if we are visitors or staying in hotel.

The staff are welcoming and helpful. The hotel room is clean and as expected. The breakfast was outstanding, and the choices of dining in the hotel are wide. The in-room dining, although it is a bit expensive it is delightfully amazing

Mmm no full length mirror in the room. Only make up mirror was in bathroom - impossible to do with a husband dominating the bathroom. Managed to work out light set up when it was time to leave.(6 nights) as lighting is low generally, and tge light buttons are very small Staff were excellent. Top service. Food fab. The only problem the toilet seat moved and I felt the bath was quite high for me to step out of.

Excellent facilities all under one roof, food and cocktails where first class. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in with soft comfortable pillows and quilt.

We were put in a room with no hot shower water, we had to shower at the spa daily……..

The female only spa is amazing. You dont even need to get a massage, having access is more than enough. And the breakfast is really good and diverse.

I love coming back to the Ritz in Bahrain. The service is great. The facility is so beautiful and you can do so much. Everyone at the hotel is welcoming and friendly. My 4 yo son was treated like a prince. Mr. Shetty made our check in and check out process very comfortable. Can’t wait to go back.

nly issue is the smell of the humidity in rooms, had to constantly as for room scents/sprays. Also wish the breakfast could be vamped up, the kids loved theirs but the food for adults (pastries, eggs) not good
