Breakfast could be better. There was a smell in the bathroom, probably from the pipes or something. The lights broke in the bathroom but they got fixed the next day when we talked about it at the reception.

The room and spa were great. Has a ski rental in the same building and a room to leave your own ski equipment if needed. Has a free shuttle to easily get to the gondola and back. Location was also great, only a few minutes walk from the center. The cold bath and saunas are great for recovery after a long ski day. We also took the massage one day and it was refreshing. Really great value for every buck.

The smell of sewage in our room was sooooo strong but this is know in bansko. Think it was because we were the top floor so smell.coming up through drainage in showers. Very limited cooking utensils.

Able to walk to ski rental place (beside Hub bar) only 2 mins walk from hotel and then the ski road was only across road so could ski down to gondola in the morning. Also able to stop at end of day on ski road and walk back to ski rental place so didnt didnt have to go down to gondola and walk with boots etc. Practically ski in ski out. Pool are decent but some tiles chipped and my son cut himself on them. Quiet and away from town but still close enough to walk for dinner every night. Beds weren't comfortable but the cleaners came daily to change towels, empty bins and general sweep of floors. Not many utensils (no pots or pans) if you did want to cook.

No butter at breakfast for toast, some of the evening meals were not very hot and poor quality.

The biggest downside is the location of the spa. If you're not staying in the main building, you have to walk outdoors through the garden to get there. It's not ideal in winter, but I guess that's part of why the price is lower.

It was definitely great value for the money. The apartment was spacious, with two floors and two bedrooms, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was decent, and while the location wasn't exactly central, through a shortcut, it was not far from the gondola, which was a big plus. Pool and SPA were just fine.

Breakfast and dinner had good selection, tasted well, but most of the dishes were cold. Coffee was terrible.

The pool and spa facilities were great! The rooms were clean and had the amenities needed. Shuttle to the gondola was appreciated.

The food served during dinner often lacked taste and could definitely be improved. The breakfast was decent.

Internet connection was a disaster. There wasn't a place in the hotel where it was good. Also, the blond lady at the reception wasn't friendly at all, she looked annoyed when asked anything. Another thing are towels. For the hotel with SPA it is unacceptable that towels are not considered for the Spa, or in that case they should be changed in the rooms on a daily basis.

The food is great, everything was fresh and accustomed to everyone's taste. The room was very spacious. The brinnete lady at the reception(she was working in the office as well) was more than willing to help us out with the problematic situation we have had.

I booked 2 apartments (1 bedroom and two bedrooms), I did the check in and they gave me the keys for 1 bedroom apartment, then I tried to get the key for our 2 bedroom apartment instead, but it looked like they didn’t want to give me the 2 apartments keys. I needed to explain why, it is my reservation and I want to be in the apartment that I prefer. We just received one key for 2 bedroom apartment. We were 4 people for this apartment, I requested another key and they say they just have 1, which does not allow you to have enough freedom to access the room. Also, I felt pressure about the check out. My friends and I were keeping our stuff in our cars at 10am, and the man in the reception asked us if we were going to do the check out, I said No yet, then, at 12 (time for check out) I was leaving the room and I received a call in the room phone asking the same question. I think it is too much control

It was clean, food was not bad and housekeeping people was nice The price is not bad because you have breakfast and dinner.

8 lev for a game of pool is cheeky! Buffet dinner was okay but go early as things can run out / not get topped up. Hotel bar was closed. No air con in room.

Very nice hotel with clean and spacious rooms, pretty good service! There is SPA centre with one not too big but clean pool, steam bath, sauna, salt room and Turkish bath. Breakfast is enough tasty but not too variety. What is very important for us, there is children room and playground

The mattress was uncomfortable, I think they should be change as all of us agree they were hard. I missed a jacuzzi in the spa and also the swimming pool water was not really hot.
