Everything. I had everything I needed to stay for my holiday. Quiet place, clean rooms, food when I asked for, laundry when I needed, swimming pool for fun and sunbathing. The owners and their team made our experience great with being nice and friendly, asking if we needed anything. Excellent service.

BulgariaThe hotel is not located in a central place, so if you decide to go by foot, you need to walk 10-20minutes before reaching old town. That's not a fault of the owners by any means, just something worth to mention
The staff was very friendly. The place is spotless, and modern and our room had a sea view. The neighbourhood is quiet. There is an option to pay a little money for a parking space right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. The staff doesn't bother you at all while inside the room. When you leave, they just ask which room you're from so that they can clean it if we don't mind. Overall, the user experience is perfect. There is also a small restaurant that has breakfast in the morning and you can take coffee, fresh or other drink from there throughout the whole day. The price was one of the best for the town, which is quite surprising provided that the hotel offers high-quality rooms, services and also has a pool.

Italyour bathroom compared to the room was not at the same level . water from the shower goes all over the floor and maybe a curtain would be necessary to contain the shower water . Parking for the car in front of the hotel is not for free.. Maybe in high season it makes sense to ask for extra money but we arrived in mid of September with several free parking all around the road and we did not see the need to pay extra for it.
This is the third time that I spend some days in this Family Hotel . The owners are extremely friendly and talk good English. The rooms are modern and well decorated . Breakfast is not included but with a few extra money you can have a good start of the day . Swimmingpool is available for free and water is cristal and clean . Balcony is also with big dimension and you can seat comfortable for relaxing outside the room.

United KingdomWe were downgraded from a balcony room to a basement room with a small top corner window. And they charged us the same amount…. The shower is simply a tap with a shower head, no curtain and no flooring so the whole bathroom gets wet when you shower and the floor floods.
Good location and great swimming pool. Good aircon in room.
