Rooms could be better equipped. Very small issues add up and result in slightly above average experience. The 1 bedroom apartment I rented had no safe. It was also just above the entrance which got loud at night at times because of people hanging at the bar downstairs. Wifi signal was weak in the room. Bathroom had no vanity to place toiletries on. Bathtub had a shower curtain that did not cover the full width but was also too long for the height.

Staff was attentive and professional. The bar & restaurant downstairs was great to hang out. 3 fixed plate options and great coffee for breakfast. Convenient location and parking in front of lobby.

Breakfast is rich but organised in menus. Very noisy from the kafé and the street. Needs transport to move to the centre. Nothing interesting in the immediate vicinity.

The window of the room was sort of broken and it was extremely hard to close, from what I saw(or rather heard) the other visitors had issues with their windows as well as everyone was banging their windows trying to close them in the evening quite a lot.

The room was pretty big/ both in size and height, has parking and if you ask for reserving the space during booking they'll try to do so. Beds were comfortable, but can't say the same for the pillows, had hard time sleeping on those, even though i was dead tired. Bathroom was rather good, looks like they keep proper hygiene there. There was big TV, no fridge besides the minibar. Location is pretty nice, its not exactly on main street and at the same time it is super close to it. 15ish minutes walk away from Center/ 20ish from the old city, The small basilica archeological site is rather close (walking in straight line from the street of the hotel) There is bar/cafe down, they offer some food as well (that's where you have your breakfast as well)

The room was cold and the air conditioner did not heat it. But we didn't ask for help. If we wanted, they would definitely solve it.

It is one of the hotels we prefer when we go to Plovdiv. There is no parking problem. There are markets and restaurants around it.

I loved everything.

The room was very large. There was a restaurant underneath and many markets around it. If you make a reservation, you can park right in front of the hotel for free. However, even if there was no parking space, the street it was located on was very convenient for parking.

The restaurant is a bit noisy with music, already in the early morning..... and having a window open is pretty noisy also with the street in front.

Rooms are clean and spacious. They kept a parking space for us free, as we have a minivan. It's around 15 minutes walking to the old town and shopping street! Good breakfast. Airco works very well, can be useful in the summer in Plovdiv

Sockets in the room were is odd places (not by the bed). Similarly the light switches were tricky. Neither were game changes as we will return.

Staff - very helpful. Terrace - we asked for a balcony and we were given a lovely terrace with great views of the City. Overall ‘feel’ of the place was good. As I am returning they allowed us to leave our luggage there for a few days.

The room was good for 90s heritage standard, but looks outdated, There was only 1 available 220V socket in the room.. the other one we found in bathroom for charging our phones. The strong cigarettes smell from previous guest also did not help the environment

I stayed at this hotel before, and it is just as I remember it. Staff was great on the room adjustment, location is great, the hotel restaurant, bar, and lounge are a very nice touch.

Frist of all, there are only a few parking lots and I didn't manage to park in front of the hotel. The windows were extremely dirty, the leather of the chairs was cracked, the TV remote was not working, the air conditioner was blowing only cold air even when I put it on the highest temperature. Dust was everywhere in the common areas. The noise from the street was loud, even on closed windows. The bathtub was a regular one, not with the water difusors from the picture. Deluxe - No, Value for money - definitely Not, looked more like a 30 euro per night hotel.

The location is good, 20min walking distance from Kapana district and from the center of the city. The staff was polite and friendly.
