Wasn’t clean enough. The cleaning personal hasn’t cleaned at all and knocking in the door every morning at 9 and we were still sleeping.

The location, forest and see. The towels and linen were in perfect condition. The staff very helpfull. There is a need of renovation and deep cleaning in order to be a 4 star hotel.

The breakfast was bland and the dinner was okay. But after the second day of basically the same menu I was tired of it.

For the money it was great for a couple days to relax. But no longer as there is little to see in the area. Overall the place is average. The price I paid was really the only thing that make it standout for me.

Bedrooms a little tired and worn in places, with curtains hanging off and parts of buildings on site needed a coat of paint.

Food choice good for all meals including small buffet bar for snacks between lunch and dinner for those arriving after 2pm. Large powerful shower and additional toilet in room.

The combination of the forest and the beach made our stay very pleasant. Great food with lots of choices. The staff was lovely. It is also a great place for kids. The comfort of having a private beach is also another benefit. It's one of my favourite places so far, we will definitely be coming back.

Some drawbacks, mostly mentioned for people to be aware and know what to expect: - long walk to the beach - small uphill road from restaurant to rooms complex (not seniors friendly) - bugs everywhere, especially on the road mentioned above (everybody was waving hands to protect themselves - got them in ears, nose,mouth, eyes) - there are no double rooms next or even close to eachother (they are at the end of each hallway), most rooms are triples - most (cleaning) personell do not speak english

Clean, confortable, nice mix of forest and beach. Great pool. Food varied and fits all tastes. Trully pet friendly. Pet allowed in room and on the restaurant deck. Beach is very clean and water depth is small (knee deep) for about 50m, making it very child and pet friendly. The hotel complex is huge and blends with the forrest around it. Plenty of parking spaces.

The poor conditions of asian people that work for the hotel. The buildings where they are camped look more like grottos than houses for humans.

Pool and around the pool it's kind of clean, but could be cleaner. There was a window between bathroom and bedroom, so when I go to toilet, my partner can watch me. Would be wird if I was there with a friend instead of a partner.

With all inclusive, you really get everything, breakfest, lunch, snacks and dinners. Also drinks including beers and cocktails. Resort is very nice, in forrest near beach. Beach is very long and with perfect tiny sand. Room was clean.

This place is a complete scam. The photos have nothing in common with the real thing. The gardens are in terrible condition, full of weeds and totally abandoned. Everywhere you will find mould, rust, cracks in walls, rubbish lying around, even bird nests in corridors etc. Food quality at breakfast was horrific. At dinner was average. At dinner time the music blasts non-stop from the stage and you cannot hold a conversation. The beach is quite a walk from the rooms - difficult for elderly and small children, especially when it’s hot. Very unpleasant experience.

The hotel is open from June... But not everything is ready. ESPECIALLY EVERYTHING NEEDS CLEANING!!! CLEANING... A LOT OF CLEANING!!!

Absolutely amazing location. Nature around... Beautiful beach, incredible place for holiday with kids. Nice renovated rooms. I recommend for everyone.

A bit outdated, restaurant always busy, food was good thou. The pool probably needs some repairs and probably more activities for kids.

We were disappointed with the cleaning service (why does the management disregard the client's complaints? It's really important), and the staff could be more friendly (maybe some of them were tired after this season) The breakfast for kids could be better. I don't know what experience had others, but this hotel is not worth 4 stars for its service.

The meal overall is ok. The Bulgarian cuisine is great, no doubt. We liked a lot the location of the hotel and the sandy beach nearby. Plenty of fresh air, especially in the morning.

The small parking lot couldn't accommodate all the cars—we had to park under a tree alongside the main road. The room had too many spiders, mosquitos, and other small insects (even a dead frog behind the door), which gave us a lot of bites. English was a foreign language for most of the staff there, including the reception. Everything had to be either spoken in Bulgarian or Russian or just gesticulated. The food was mainly the same each day, nothing special, tasted ok. Not everything was included in the all-inclusive package, and here I don't mean some special drinks (which I agree can't be included in the package), but I am referring to even ice cream for kids or some Coca-Cola drinks. The animation team talked only in Bulgarian, which could not be understood by all the kids, so not all could participate in the games. To access the pool, a purchase had to be made.

The building is very old communist era club (previously Primorsko club) with uncomfortable passages and stairs. We couldn't open the room curtains and enjoy the forest view, as this made us totally exposed to the prople in the balcony below. The food was terrible, as was the smell in the dining room, so actually ew didn't eat at all at the hotel (which should vave been all-included. In the room we had "kitchen facilities" which included a basin. electrical stove top, one plate, one spoon and to glasses...for four guests. The bathroom fortunately had warm water but the smell was hard to bear. Finally, the outside pulls was small (especially for a hotel with so many guests) and not inviting...we skipped it too. To summerise - not at all what you'll expect from a beach all-inclusive hotel. I shouls mention that our impression was probably different from thar of the many local guests in the hotel...maybe we expected too much

The staff were freindlu and helpful, The interior of the room was relatively renovated. The location in a forest is nice, and the beach just a short walk from the hotel.

Everything was a perfect :)

Nestled in the forest and kissed by the sea, we experienced wonderful emotions and ate delicious and varied food. A wonderful place for both a short and a long vacation. We have been visiting this place for four years and have always been satisfied with our time here.
