The bed was made from two joined single beds and it was horribly uncomfortable, the springs were digging into us and it was painful to turn. In our opinion, in bad need of new mattresses. The ceiling is very low where the bed is, I nearly broke my skull twice, but then we got used to being mindful of it, plus we put one suitcase to walk around and avoid the most dangerous part. The Wi-fi wasn't too good either. The location, the hot water, the pressure in the shower and the view from the balcony were good though. The owners also seemed nice.

Will definitely recommend this family run hotel. Polia was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Beautiful garden, swimming pool exactly as on the fotos. Perfect location, next to the beach and in walking distance from centre. We are definitely going back when in Varna. Thank you so much 😍

Very nice apartment, close to the Dolphinarium and the beach. The staff is helpful.

Size of the place, the AC are excellent. pool and garden outside great.

The male host was unfriendly and we felt watched and feared he would come into the rooms unannounced. The woman host was much better.

We loved the location, the room was great & the garden/pool area was beautiful! The owners were so welcoming, helpful and accommodating! We of course have to mention the beautiful Max, the owners dog, who was a joy to see every morning! Highly recommend this accommodation if you are in the Varna area! :)

The location is excellent if you like to enjoy time with nature, animals and the beach. There's a great view with sea in background from the garden. The owners of the hotel, a super friendly couple and a lovely dog, are the best part of the staying. They really treat the guests like friends and family and provide so much heartily help with everything. I'll surely come back to this hotel with my family for vacation!

The bed is too soft; too many roses for rose allergic :)

It was the second time we had visited Complex Maxim. Everything was nice - the room was clean, the hosts were expecting us, we had a place to park the car. The location is very strategic, in the Sea Garden. Thank you! We shall come back again.

Excellent location in the middle of the park, few steps away from coulpe of restaurants and a pub, 5 min walk to other restaurants and Dolphinarium, 10 min walk to the City Zoo and a small children playground. Averrage to big inner courtyard with plenty nice crafted wooden tables and chairs and outside pool for both children and adults, fully equipped kitchen and a large livingroom at the groundfloor, large bedroom at the first floor. Impeccable cleanliness, gorgeous personnel. WiFi. An incredible kind, lazy and always bored Akita Inu called Max, attraction for kids.

Some problems related to the bathroom sewage, I think the drain was clogged. Sattelite antena or cable would definitely be a plus.

Location!!! In wonderful Park, on the sea, 12 minutes to bus stop. Manager Pola and her husband are very fine and friendly people! Bed and pillow were very comfortable! In Appartement there are microwave, refrigerator. I would like come back!

The central location close to the Delfinarium and the beach was superb, the availability of free parking - brilliant, the rooms with a balcony and sea view were very pleasant, the driftwood furniture was quirky and gave the hotel and garden a great atmosphere. The staff was very kind, friendly, and accommodating.

Great location in the Sea Garden

The shower leaked on to the bathroom floor. The owners left a mop in the bathroom, so they were aware of the problem. The beds could have been better.

Room was nice although with a lot of steps. Staff is what made this property special as they were very kind.

Room was dusty and had flies from a damp bathroom. There was a smell in the bathroom but the staff assisted in putting bleach to help.

Perfect location for kids. Playparks, zoo, cycle tracks. Brilliant friendly hostess and a lovely dog.

Downstairs sofa bed really not comfy

The location in the Sea park is splendid. The staff were very helpful.

We’ve been there several times. This time they didn’t provide breakfast which was a pity.
