At the outdoor pool there is only one single ladder to enter, the top rung is bent and I don't know if it can withstand my overweight. I also don't know if I can stand there, because depth information is missing. At the outdoor pool, a discret clock is missing, so that I can arrive for table reservations in time. The overall positive impression is significantly overshadowed by the fact that the staff – apart from a receptionist and a well educated waiter – wants to speak exclusively French with the guest. The menus are only very incompletely translated into foreign languages. I feel very uncomfortable. As a frequent traveler, I have never ever experienced anything like this anywhere in the world. That's why I'm not returning to that resort.

The breakfast was a bit pricey for what it was

Stayed here for 3 nights to go to the Spa 8hour motorcycle race , lovely location in a woodland valley with paths for walking and cycling, room was pretty standard hotel fare but was clean and comfortable, plenty of facilities, all the staff were polite and helpful, hopefully I'll return when I can make more of the facilities.

The breakfast was available from 08:30 and not earlier. That was late for us as we wanted to start early with the hiking in the environment.

The resort is on a very nice remote location within the forest. It is really quiet and you can find your rest here with the fresh air from the nature. The staff is really friendly and the vibe is good. We had a standard room for 2 persons which is just big enough for the 2 of us. The shower was hot and comfortable and the beds were also of good quality. They have a spa (swimming pool, hot steam room and a jacuzzi) which was wonderful and very relaxing.

Bathroom could be improved and a towel rail would be beneficial. Basin plug did not retain water which was wasteful. Shower had no place to put items.

We have used the hotel previously and it again lived up to expectations. It is in a lovely setting and is reasonably accessible when driving a Ross Europe.

I was not happy that breakfast is only available from 8:30am online, and to be told this information over messages breakfast only starts from 8:30am , to find that breakfast had started before 8am from other guests after I had left at 8am. I don’t understand why I was told false info.

This time we missed breakfast as we had to be away by 8am. If they had served breakfast from 7:30am we would have used it.

The second occasion we have used the hotel as an overnight stop and it was again good, with a nice relaxed dinner in the restaurant.

The pillows on the bed could have been better and the bathroom lacked any means to hang towels. The good walk-in shower had no shelf to place shampoo.

We used the hotel for an overnight stop. It was wonderfully relaxing to spend the evening having a nice meal in a very pleasant woodland setting. It was a nice location to wake up and have a really good breakfast before another long drive. Parking was perfect just outside the entrance to access our room.

Such a nice place in a peaceful location with a good service. Hotel lays in the middle of forest, couldn't be closer to the nature. What's more swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and lot of other attractions are included in the price. Perfect place for long weekend for the whole family and for a couple too. We'll come back with a pleasure!

We booked this hotel specifically because it had some good facilities ie a bar, a restaurant, indoor swimming pool, table tennis and golf putting. All on-site and there was no need to leave the premises. However all of these were closed for the evening after our arrival, with reception also closed - partners arrived just before reception closure at 6pm to get keys. The indoor swimming pool was open, but this was used for the whole evening by aqua spin classes.- and so no room. We had to drive to the nearest town (10 minutes) to get takeaway food and refreshments which we consumed on the benches in the garden - without any cutlery, plates or glasses. We received no prior notification of the closed facilities

It is a nice property, very clean and comfortable rooms with an excellent breakfast.

Shower has no door, it's not convenient. There were no hokes to put the towels on in the shower. Smell in the toilet upon arrival stayed till our departure Balcony is common for 4 other rooms, no personal space on the balcony and neighbors could enter your balcony. Staff and the reception was tired and not helpful. Didn't tell us anything about the hotel or surroundings. Inconvenient fact that the reception closes at 18:00 and that's it. After 18:00 there's barely anyone on site.

Location is great for hikes and someone who wants to stay closer to nature (remote). The room was quite spacious and clean Comfy bed View from the balcony was nice

The receptionist... Uptight, not very friendly. I was travelling with a friend, so we needed two blankets in stead of one, but the receptionist wouldn't give us an extra.
