We recommend the managers find a solution for the super slippery pool floor. It doesn’t make sense to have such thing by a pool where kids walk and run all the time. The do-it-yourself dinner is ok, the area is nice and relaxed. But the guests need someone there to explain how to use the fireplace, show the fire gloves, etc. We - and other guests - felt a bit lost and it ended up taking us quite long to have the food ready.

Super kids-friendly. Kids can run, play football in the outdoor areas and that’s totally fine. Relaxes ambience which makes it easy for families. Although small, the pool is beautiful and good for kids. The room isn’t big but is just fine for a family of 5. The idea is to spend time out of the room anyways. All clean and the communal areas are very cosy and relaxed. It is a beautiful building and the green areas are well maintained. We definitely recommend it for a family with kids.

Everything! Amazing vibe, beautiful surroundings and super helpful and friendly staff. This place is absolutely great for a stay with kids. The BBQ in the evening was a true highlight during our stay as well and was very good value for money.

Mattress was a bit too hard, sauna is overcrowded sometimes. Hard to get dinner when restaurant is not working (good that carrefour is close by)

Excellent territory, cool to walk around. There is a lot of stuff to do inside the hotel too: pool table, sauna with pool, home cinema... Going to try glamping and biking next time.

Participating in the bbq outside required a reservation, which we didn't know unfortunately.

Wonderful location, in part thanks to the large wonderful garden. Quiet, peaceful, yet easy to reach.

- No double bed. Was a shame we could not book a room with a double bed, only 2 separate beds were available - No bath in the room - No bathrobe or slippers present (thought it would be there since there's sauna and swimming pool)

- Breakfast was delicious and well prepared. Everything needed was there. - Hotel super clean and lovely rooms - Fireplace downstairs is cozy and lovely to read a book in one of the couches - Lovely tiny swimming pool and sauna - Super sweet and helpful staff

The land is quite moist, even when it has not rained. Bring your TEVA sandals.

We stayed when it was raining very heavy. The way to our tent was very muddy and soaked with water. They could prepare the ground a bit better, but in their defence: it seemed all very new and the weather conditions were really harsh so hopefully they can fix that in the future. I would still stay again and can definitely recommend the places

Great clamping location. We loved the provided food for dinner and breakfast which you could prepare yourself over the BBQ. A proper adventure for my boys. The staff was very friendly and our clamping tent wry cosy.

Beautiful rural location with great cycling and hiking from the hotel. Close to town with restaurants and shops. Very comfortable room . Interesting modern design, quirky with very large gardens to relax Staff could not have been more helpful when we arrived early and with all of our queries. Highly recommend.

living there is an experience :) the outdoor spaces and the whole concept is something you don’t expect in a village in the middle of the Ardennes. visiting the studio they have is also an experience, as it’s a hell of a facility!

almost everything was great. Great staff, great vibe, great location and facilities, Only downsite was the sauna that was too low on temp (45 degrees) that was too bad but I just stayed in a bit longer. Kids loved the cinema!

Very well thought and beautiful hotel dedicated to music. This is reflected even in the smallest details. Comfuly beds and fun to have projectors. Outside garden perfect for chilling. Good breakfast. Close to Malmedy center and good High Fens hikes.

Indoor swimming pool is very small. Breakfast - poor choice and staff takes time to do the refill. One day there were no bowls, no juice, no cereals... At some point they refill, but they should be more vigilant.

Very nice concept, great location, green space around the hotel. Very clean room!
