The car parking was on a slope so parking our motorbikes was fraught, as they are on a side stand and could easily topple over if accidentally bumped into.

Very large and comfortable room, good air conditioning, great shower. Vending machine in a common room with drinks and snacks. The town is very vibrant with many bars and restaurants only a few minutes walk away.

The hotel is well located for a walk about Spa, looking for a restaurant or just strolling about the city. And, although in the city centre they have parking space to accommodate a few cars. The restaurant, and the terrace when the weather is beautiful, are very good too.

Checkout is till 11 am. The maid knocked and opened the door of our room at 10:32! (For no apparent reason.)

Room was too hot, someone left on the radiator on arrival and we couldn't cool it down sufficiently. No ac. Receptionist kindly provided a fan when I asked her still too hot unfortunately , preventing a good night's sleep

Paying for parking on a non secure open air tarmac car park alongside a side road, would have expected this to be in with the cost.

If I have to nitpick: the noise from the school opposite our windows could be disturbing for some customers (was ok for us). The automatic light in the toilet woke me up every time the toilet was used in the night, could not be switched off.

The rooms where not in a building it was outside. When someone smoked outside of their room. It comes inside of our room. Because we only had one window to open.

I loved the lounge room. When the weather was a bit bad. We could play games there. So we didn't need to stay inside our room.

Very clean and nicely done room. Very nice bathroom. Friendly staff and breakfast was amazing. Located in the heart of the city just a few minutes walk from the cable car to the spa thermes. Perfect stay!

It is an open entrance, means anyone can enter the hotel. We left a bag of cake/snacks outside of our windowsill (because it was warm inside) at 11pm and left a note and Do not disturb note, but in the next morning around 9am it was gone. Not sure if it’s been stolen by guests in the hotel or some random people from outside. I was really upset about that, it was Xmas

The room was quiet warm, even though it wasn't that warm outside We could open the window but you could then hear other guests / staff walking by.

The location was excellent. Parking available outside. Lots of perfect coffee shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Very clean.
