The location and the breakfast, the helpful and friendly staff, bed wasn't bad, lovely floors, rustic looking Clean patio. Hot powerful shower Clean white towels, the village down road was lovely.

Cleaning needs further attention. No where to get any refreshments tea coffee or beer. Had to drive 30 mins to buy drinks, The room was bare, poor lighting, few power outlets. ponds no life just algae Just a tired old building not worth 110 a room a night

    Nothing!

The hotel was a complete let down, it had no restaurant available despite listing that it had. The attitude and service displayed by the person in attendance was dreadful, it felt like he didn't want to do anything other than take our money.

This hotel looks very nice, old fashioned and therefore romantic. There is a nice lady serving breakfast so it feels personal.

Cleaning could see improvements. There was a fat stain on the glass table that I couldn't clean with my paper tissue. It made me uncomfortable about the overall cleanness of the room. Minor stains were also on the curtain but the bad sheet was clean.

Not a lot. It’s really out of date.

The room was quite dirty. There was mould in the shower and spiders near the sink. The breakfast is really poor. Just some bread and cheese!

Free breakfast. It was a great price for Bruges…..

It isn’t really in Bruges. Despite being advertised as a restaurant, the restaurant was closed (at 8pm!). Check in times are limited. The bathroom wasn’t heated.

    Location only

Stated restaurant wasn’t open ad hasn’t been for years. No mini bar no fridge . All three stated on booking.com. Next to a main road the traffic was hideous asked to be moved the yogurt at breakfast was out of date by over a month dated 17 October.False advertising very disappointing went with another couple for my 60th belated birthday. Worse than Fawlty towers. Near to Brugges was only plus Kim Norton

To be honest nothing bar it was clean. After that it’s all downhill.

Room had no facilities at all. No coffee no tea no nothing. Not great floor.either in the bedroom as holes in between boards as laid badly. Bed pretty comfy but awful low to floor one and high metal sides made uncomfy getting in and out. No fridge. No restaurant as pics show as it’s closed and by look of it closed permanently. Don’t be mislead by the pictures it’s nothing like it. Not a nice owner very much wanted just the over price fee and ran away as soon as paid. Not many sockets in room (2)and 1 didn't work plus one in bathroom at your own risk. It was clean the bedding and room just not well maintained and 100 euro was about 50 too much. Breakfast very basic and very cheap cheese and meat and little else. Along with cold coffee all to the tune of church music and a sermon in French. Advice is avoid like the plague which is a shame as could be so very nice.

Quiet hotel, friendly owners, large bathroom, nice breakfast included in the price.

The hotel was difficult to find late at night, would benefit from some more outside lighting!

breakfast good and friendly lady. Car parking good. Fridge in room, though not turned on. We used it for cold drinks we had in the car as we were travelling during the hot spell.

Noisy road- though we understand that isn't a fault of the hotel. Room a bit dingy- we thought lights were dimmed, but they weren't.
