We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BelgiumNot a great value for the price paid… 124€ for one night for a room with 4 single beds and no private bathroom. We have to make our own beds and also undo them. The mattress is uncomfortable.

What a find. It had been a while since staying at a youth hotel and this one was great. It was out of peak season so fairly quiet. Easy to get to by bus from the train station. Clean, secure basic but very comfortable room with en suite and lovely view from room and from the deck of common area. A simple but adequate continental breakfast was perfect to get going the next day. We had come to Eupen for a music event and if we hadn't locked in other plans would have extended our stay to do some of the hikes nearby. The sights and delights of Eupen are all within 15 to 20 minutes walk or jump on the bus to town.

UgandaTThe washroom was smelling, shower curtain dirty, no soap provided, nowhere to put your own soap, no heating in the night, when they put the heating about 5am , the water from the heating made alot of noise woke us up, beds are too low, not in safe place my husband got hit in the head due to the position of the beds under stairs, and upstairs steps not safe to climb slipplery, not good for kids, even an adult could get an accident, but the staff are all great. The place needs improvement, no coffee or kettle in the rooms. You have to make own bed and the morning take the bedding downstairs. The place looks good inside needs improvement, health and safety check to be put into consideration.
