I miss a table and chair for using my laptop. It will be much more convenience. Also, this time: the room was hot at night. While you can open the window, the opening is too limited to cool the room down. Even after 2 days keeping the window open, the room was still hot.

It is still value for your money. Lots of space for 4 persons. The room looks clean. We enjoy our stay in the room. The breakfast buffet was fair and quite extensive. It is enough to start your day. The beach is very close by. Just walk for 5 minutes and you are already at the beach.

The staff was really friendly and helpful - both at the reception and at breakfast. The structure had all I needed and was centrally located. I recommend it, especially for the good price!

Overall Atmosfere in the hostel On my Birthday I came back to this hostel to relax a bit. When I asked the lady at the reception while half-joking if they offer a discount or something for a birthday? I got a dry answer back saying: 'no, that's not how it works in the world sort of comment'. Well, then it's time to innovate and follow the real world where it's common. In addition, something nice for the guests. Just like with other hospitality partners. Can provide more atmosphere, conviviality and people, especially in more calm periods where their are less guests. Spreading Positive Vibes and attracting more people and not scaring them away ;-) Just saying :-) After this stay, I looked for a hotel myself to give my birthday something extra. This was very successful! So here you go my suggestion(s) (sidenote: very cold in the rooms but that is subjective)

No table and no chairs to sit down. The beep-beep-beep sound of motion detectors in the hall. Why do they even need sound feedback when they detect motion?

The room is modern and has the basic needs to have a pleasant stay. It also has good amount of space to store our luggages. Breakfast was basic but good enough.

Where are the table and chairs in our room? We would like to play some board games but without a table, it was inconvenience to play UNO or Jungle Speed. Also, don't expect a comfy bed. The bed is a little too hard for me. I need to point out: looking at the price and the place itself: I was not expecting to have a nice comfort bed.

We stay there for 3 days and everything went smoothly. The room was clean, and it has the basic needs. The (cold) breakfast is included in the price. Hostel offers bread, breakfast cereals, fruits, milk, thee, coffee, milk chocolate. Every basic needs are there.

Too hot and no arrangements. Had to arrange a fan of my own. Breakfast was limited, and water,coffee, and juice machines were all broken. Holiday season in BL, so probably the reason for slowness to fix.

No AC in the rooms and ours was facing the sun. Bathroom is quite old and the shower head is fixed to the wall. No bath rug and the water was spilling everywhere. They provide a water broom to help. Stains on the wall and the duvets (which were changed upon arrival thanks to a nice lady).

Great location near the beach and lots of attractions and shops around. Breakfast until 10 with a decent amount of choice. Lactose free and gluten free options available which is really nice. Very spacious rooms, was able to work with no issue. Wifi working perfectly. Mattresses were ok.

It could have been nice to inform me in advance about the change of room. I did change the dates so it's possible that it was missed by the staff because of that.

The hostel is nice but unfortunately they could not accommodate me in the private room I booked. I was offered a shared dormitory room. It was okay so I opted for staying there and I had a good sleep. There weren't any issues. You could lock your valuables in the lockers.

As for most hostels in western Europe, curtains on the beds for more privacy would be great.

The problem was the bathroom, the water is going everywhere so everything is wet and the absorption of the water was not really effective neither so there was a remaining level of water in the bathroom which is not really convenient especially when you have to share the bathroom.

The breakfast was diversified, you could eat both salty and sweet and you had a lot of different breads depending on your taste. The staff was welcoming and ready to help and answer all questions... ✨️

We were disappointed that there was no soap or shower-gel provided in the room- just a simple bar of soap or liquid soap would be cheap and easy and cheap to provide for guests. The bar closed surprisingly early which was a pity.

No hand soap in the rooms, no decoration (plants etc) no inside locking of the doors, you see the light of the corridor under the door and hear everything from the hallway (especially when there are kids screaming, but acceptable)

Easy check-in, friendly staff, the hostel is great located (10min to train station, 4min to beach, in the city centre) but also calm located. Comfy beds, great value for money. Perfect for broke interrailers

Because of the shower room is small, the hanging fresh clothes (for after shower) hanging on the wall will get wet if you are not being careful. The main room door is not isolated, so you will hear noises coming from the hall and the elevator. During my stay, I also here often some kind of beeping sound coming from the hall. Not sure what it was, but perhaps coming from a fire alarm?

It has everything you need for a basic, comfortable stay in a hostel. The rooms were clean, and the toilet were clean. The shower room is basic but too small. The breakfast was good enough to start the day.
