Close to the place is a bar, bcacuse of which there too many scary people hanging around, which do nothing to you but it just throws you off.

The location is few steps from the midi station which is great thing.

Artur is super nice, helpful person and he would try his best to fulfill your needs and ensure you got a pleasant stay. Room is pretty spacious and clean, breakfast would be provided in the morning and the portion is very sufficient. It is very convenient for the locations just 3-5 mins walk from Bruxelles MIDI stations.

The location for us was perfect, as we were travelling by train. It is just a short walk from Brussels Midi station. The apartment is clean, bright, and airy. It has everything you would need for a self-catering stay. The fridge is stocked up with eggs, butter, yoghurt, jams, cheeses, cooked meats, and tinned fish. Artur comes every morning at 7:00am and leaves a box of fresh, still warm, rolls and bread just outside the door. It is a walk to the centre, but we were happy to walk, having spent the previous day sat on a train.

We stayed at Midi Residence several years ago (in a different apartment). The high standard we experienced then has been maintained. The apartment was spotlessly clean and airy. Although there is no aircon, a fan is provided which we found to be sufficient on 2 very hot nights. We were a little concerned about noise as we were on the 2nd floor overlooking the street, but it was surprisingly quiet. The breakfast system works well with plenty of food and water in the fridge and fresh rolls and fruit delivered early in the morning.

It was quite hot in the flat, as it was one of the hottest days of the year. A fan was provided though.

We stayed only one night, but the host was very forthcoming and arranged for us to get our breakfast a day early as we had to leave at 6am. The flat was clean and the bed was comfy.

There was nothing bad about the place.

We were very happy with the stay at Apartment Midi - it is just steps from the train station (and also local trams & buses) so it's very easy to get into the heart of the city if you don't wish to walk. The breakfast provided (for you to make yourself) is very generous, with eggs, cheese, yoghurt, sliced cold meat, milk, coffee & tea, fresh fruit and fresh bread. The apartment was spacious and well equipped.

Spacious and very comfortable with excellent facilities. Location good for Brussels Midi train station and Metro. A good 25 minute walk to the centre of the city but an interesting route. Host was welcoming and provided a breakfast and well stocked fridge.

Arthur was the most wonderful host. He gave us a thorough briefing on the apartment. We were impressed with the contents of the fridge; including milk, eggs, yogurt, cheeses, cold meats, water, which were replenished each day. A highlight was the large box of fresh bakery supplies that Arthur left outside our door each morning at 07:00, providing a delicious breakfast. The kitchen was very well equipped. Istanbul. Finally, the bed ranks as perhaps the most comfortable we have experienced on our extensive travels.

Artur met us as we arrived and gave us a detailed explaination on using the facilities. He dropped of beautiful, fresh bread rolls every morning, with fruit and waffles/chocolates, and serviced the room for us. We will be staying at Aparthotel Midi Residence again.

N/A room and facilities on offer exceeded our expectations.

The room was specious, and clean with option for self catering. Breakfast was provided by means of a well stocked fridge with a fair selection of items. Bread rolls and a small selection of fruits were delivered to the room in the following morning. A very nice stay and a good location not far from Brussels-Midi Station. Although somewhat difficult to locate initially.
