Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and courteous especially a lady named Tanzeum who went over and beyond to take care of me at breakfast every morning. Furthermore the room was clean and housekeeping and room service were prompt with any requests.

IndiaStaff - I think Bangladesh is slowly learning tricks of the hospitality trade. We were there for 2 days - they gave us 2 bottles of water each day. We finished off our 2 bottles on the first day and requested if we could have our other two on the same day - not a big deal to be honest. The employee Shofiq flat out refused saying they wouldn’t do this. Not a big deal but this just sours the experience. Secondly during breakfast, a female employee came up to us asked if we could provide an internal feedback as it is mandatory. I said okay. When she opened the survey, it was the Tripadvisor survey she wanted to get filled by us. Again a sour experience - you are conning your guest to get a good Tripadvisor survey by calling it mandatory and getting it filled in front of you. I flat out refused saying I would fill it later. Lastly, we had a very early morning flight so requested if they could pack some light breakfast for us on the way. They took it quite literally - we had a leaky shake and 3 pieces of cut fruit for this. Hence not a good experience overall.

United KingdomOn our last day in Dhaka, we decided to take a pool day only to discover that the pool has been completely closed and drained. The only information provided was that an 'incident occurred' - but we were in the pool the night before so unsure what could have happened between then and the next morning.
The staff were extremely welcoming and hospitable. From the airport pickup to the check in staff. I believe I was one of the few people who were visiting Dhaka for tourism purposes, and the staff did everything they could to ensure that we had a great stay and saw all the attractions. The swimming pool (when open...) was fantastic and had a superb view of the Gulshan district of Dhaka. The breakfast was extremely plentiful with a variety of western and local options. Room was comfy and did not hear any neighbours during our stay at this hotel.
