Good size rooms, well equipped, very clean and regular tool/sheet changes. Lovely pool. Helpful friendly staff.

Not a major criticism, the fittings are dated. This doesn’t detract from the experience.

The property was well maintained, staff were friendly and accomodating, pool was always the right temperature. It is also located a few minutes from supermarets, fastfood restaurants, Sheraton mall, beaches etc. I would definitely return on my next trip to Barbados.

The place is a bit outdated but you essentially get what you pay for.

Plum tree is exactly like the photos, but some bits need some paint, needs updating a little. The staff are wonderful and really helpful.

The rooms need updating a little, some of the stoves do not work. I didn't like the chattel windows, they do not close properly and the safe deposit box is difficult to use. The bathroom needed an update also.

We really loved everything about the property, from the greeting when we got there, to the scenery and the atmosphere, it was a very welcoming experience, definitely a home away from home type of apartment, everything you need is there and housekeeping was great, we really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be booking again.

There really isn't anything not to like.

I love the hospitality of the staff and how accommodating they are, I will always return to Plum Tree.

The doors are not easy to close and the safety deposit box is a puzzle. LOL.

Overall for the purpose of the visit, the location was very convenient. The ambiance was very nice as well. The staff was very helpful. It was a great stay overall.

But old looking. Didn’t find out about the second bathroom till half way through the stay as the door was jammed tight and we thought it was a locked storage area

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered any questions and helped with directions in terms of how to walk to nearby locations. I like the fact that the bedroom was air conditioned. The unit was clean with service every other day. The unit had sufficient bath towels and beach towels. The location was good: near supermarket, easy ride to beaches, restaurants and sights to see. The pool was great for the kids and sitting around getting to know other travelers.

Everything seemed outdated: the kitchen appliances, counter top, bathroom sink and counter. The grab bar in the bath tub was not placed well. The grip was slanted and that could cause injuries to happen more easily. The dish drain was old. There were rust spots in the kitchen and the bathroom. The furniture coverings were outdated. Chairs and tables by the pool seemed outdated and worn. Patio furniture was outdated. Pigeons and chickens ever present at the patio view. Seemed that the patio needed a fresh coat of paint.

The room was Clean and very nice. The view of the pool from the room was refreshing. Alot of amenities in which we didn't use, but was great to see.

I mostly liked how peaceful and quiet the place and area was.

First I must say thank you for your awesome accommodation. My and I had a good time. The staffs were lovely and I would stay with you again.

What I didn't like was that the room looked clean but the floor was not moped. This is when we checked in but other than that it was lovely.

Great location. Easy to walk around the grounds for a pleasurable walk. Loved sighting the long-tailed monkeys. Staff were lovely - helpful, friendly and courteous. Staff were great, especially Pierre and the lady on reception - always attentive to our needs and would follow up enquiries swiftly. Nothing was too much trouble.

Can't expect anyone to have control over the insects. Once reported, it was dealt with swiftly.

Need to clean the toilet n bathroom better there was some mold around the bath tub.
