Housekeeping could have been better, our sheets had a funny smell and empty glasses/cups were left after housekeeping had been, hotel location is fine but a bus or taxi is required to reach most other spots on the island, pool area also needs some love

Jacuzzi closed. Pool floor needs to be resurfaced. Food was ok. Breakfast was pricy for what was offered.

I loved the staff! Check in with Samara was smooth and you receive a welcome drink. Special shoutout to Tamal who was always there to answer our 100 questions about the island.

The breakfast was horrible, and not worth the money. Every day of my 8 days, was disappointing with the breakfast. The best thing there; was the Banana bread.

The location, and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly throughout the property. Not a great value for the price.

The hotel is dated and need repairs. There was mold in our room shower with broken tiles and the bottom of the exterior of the bathtub was missing a trim with dark glue exposed. The door handle areas were dirty with dark dirt around them. There was paint peeling from the shower ceiling and the cold water tap in the washroom sink was loose and misaligned with the rest of the faucet.

The staff were friendly and polite. The pools and restaurants were nice however, the restaurants were expensive. The room was cleaned well.

Had to change rooms because the headboard was ripped up. Second room headboard was slightly ripped too. Discover card was accepted but not working. Lost 5% cash back restaurant promotion that Discover had. Neighborhood walk was unsightly and sidewalks were cracked and uneven.

Bed comfort, hotel lobby, bar service at the pool, size of room, size of balcony, view from room, housekeeping was good and front desk rep Samara was very sweet and helpful. Many chairs available throughout the day around the pools.

It was dated the decor and rooms need remodels. For the price I expect something at a higher level. The food choices were limited in the evening and the service at the Careenage was not up to par. We had to wait for refills on drinks for 30 min while the staff hung out at the bar and had a good time. The food orders were messed up and once we complained not an I’m sorry to us for their mistake. Again, not up to pare if charging $650 per night expect excellent service and food.

Sunbeds reserved for cruise passengers. Our room wasn’t cleaned till late afternoon, often no towels left. Jacuzzi not working.

I think it is not value for money, quite expensive for only bed and no meals included. I didn’t try the food there unfortunately.

Facility needs renovation. Elevators need scrubbing Restaurant/Bar by the pool and beach severely understaffed. It took us at least an hour to get served lunch

The pool area requires some maintenance and upgrading. Sunbeds were not particularly comfortable. The beach is not swimmable due to high swell.

A good hotel. Reasonable size room with comfy bed. Nice view from the balcony (premium king size room with ocean view). Good location short drive from various restaurants and Bridgetown center. Old fort and lighthouse on-site - sightseen can be done from the balcony of the room. Early check in, thanks to Natasha, and late checkout are much appreciated.

No hot tub all week as it was closed. The lifts were very slow, half of them didn't work and were out of action. The pool side bar staff weren't very friendly or helpful. Everything was quite overpriced compared to other places.

Stunning views from room. Very clean, some staff very friendly and helpful. When we had a problem with our room key, the deputy manager and maintenance manager were amazing. Private beach was fantastic, maintenance incredible. Food was delicious. Very comfy beds.

TV channels - no real entertainment for adults. Limited channels, not many options for food from the restaurants no buffet lunch the toilet seat, if that can be changed as it struggles to 'swallow' the effluent. Made us always agitated to use the washroom
