The air condition in the room was not really enough to decrease the temperate. From the bathroom we had quite strong smell during night, and there was no hot water for the morning.

Our stay at this incredible location in Neum was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed, comfortable, and truly cared for. A special shout-out to Bojan and Damir, who kindly helped us with our bags and were always available with a smile. And although I didn’t catch her name, the cleaning lady deserves a massive thank-you – the place was immaculately clean every single day. It was clear how much pride they take in maintaining such a pristine environment. The apartment we stayed in was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had an amazing view of the ocean that allowed us to soak in all the beauty Neum has to offer. Waking up to that view each morning was such a treat! The bed was extremely comfortable, which made it even easier to relax and enjoy our time there. The location itself is perfect – peaceful, relaxing, and right on the water. We had private beach access with our own chairs, which made every day feel like a luxury experience. Everything we needed for the entire week was right there – we truly didn’t have to leave for anything. The breakfasts were delicious every morning, and the restaurant below quickly became our favorite spot (and only spot!) to eat. Every dish we tried was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The restaurant was also spotless, just like everything else. They even arranged our parking, which meant we didn’t have to worry about our car at all throughout our stay – a small but hugely appreciated detail. This wasn’t just a great stay – it was an unforgettable experience. We were so impressed by the warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality of everyone involved. Without a doubt, we will be returning every single year. Highly, highly recommended! ☺️

Very nice owner, helpful and kind. The responsible of the restaurant was also a nice person. We had our beach chairs ready for us, the rooms were pleasant with a balcony and a view. It is located close to the restaurants and activities but far enough not to be bothered by the loud music at night.

Everything was excellent. Great location, nice clean hotel with private beach and free sunbeds with marked room numbers. Best of all was extremely friendly staff, specially Bojan, who goes above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The property was stunning both outside and inside. The views were stunning we are regulars with this accomodation now. I cannot recommend it enough to everyone! The owner is amazing he was there whenever needed and continued to ask and ensure guest satisfaction we were so impressed by his effort and care towards every guest and staff member

The choice of food for breakfast is small. Sound insulation is quite bad because you can hear sounds from the corridor and other rooms.

We get a room with sea view for the same price. Rooms are very clean and furniture is very nice. Breakfast is normal, but choice is small. We get our room cleaned twice for six days stay. Everyday we get new blankets and towels. Staff is very friendly. They parked my car in private garage. Beach is very clean. Beach beds are marked by room number.

Our 4th stay at Villa Barbara, that should tell you all. Bojan and his family make us feel like we are at home :) Villa's restaurant is great, everything is fresh and prepared with love. We recommend trying sea specialties. For sure we will come back again :)

The location is in the mid of Neum. It has its own beach. You can enjoy Kouzina rest ın front of otel.

Location was perfect with private beach and designated sun loungers for every room. Enjoyed the lovely sea view from our room and balcony. Gladly at the quieter end of Neum, so slightly away from the crowds and noise at night. Staff were very accommodating.

Great location away from the noise of main beach , yet still within walking distance to all the amenities Neum has to offer. Extremely friendly staff , willing to go above and beyond to help. Shoutout to Damir at breakfast! Yummy food and outstanding service. We will definitely be back
