this is a wonderful little hotel with extremely friendly and supportive staff. The city centre is just a short walk and when we went out in the evening there was also a big concert. Parking was easy too. Value for money.

Room size was small but it had everything needed.

The room was so small, and so expensive. It doesn’t worth that money for one night. The bed and facilities was not comfortable.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. While it’s not the most beautiful or modern place, it served its purpose well and offered a comfortable experience overall. The staff were friendly, and everything was clean and functional.

hotel and especially the rooms do feel quite dated and well-used. A refresh or some updates would definitely improve the overall atmosphere. Still, if you’re looking for a simple, no-frills stay, this place is a solid option.

Odlicna lokacija, predivno osoblje, pristojan dorucak, postoji mogucnost i da vam skuvaju domacu kafu. Veliki plus je i besplatan parking ispred hotela koji je pokriven kamerama.

Fen u kupatilu je bio vise ukras nego sto je imao funkciju, ali sam siguran da ukolilo pitate osoblje da bi vam doneli drugi koji je ispravan.

Second time in this hotel and even better! Breakfast was great, staff is nice and friendly, clean and quiet. And the best is the place: just next to all the sights and city centre as well.

Wifi shut down every 5 minutes Book a double room with balcony and get a twin room without balcony ( same Price) Parking is cool but you can be blocked by other guests Bedsheets not very clean

Helpful staff and location

The team was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location couldn't have been better.

I was hoping for a more traditional local breakfast, but that’s just a minor detail.

We stayed here for one night, and the location was absolutely perfect. It’s right next to a tram stop and the airport shuttle bus stop. The tram also goes directly to the main bus station. Baščaršija and all the main attractions are just a few minutes’ walk away, including the fortress hike right behind the hotel and the Old Town bazaar - everything is within easy walking distance. The room was small but very cozy and spotlessly clean. There were even slippers and a kettle - a really nice and thoughtful touch. It felt very warm and homey. Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise - delicious and satisfying. Cold cuts, cheese, eggs, yogurt, vegetables, olives, tea, coffee, and of course, pastries and the famous burek. Everything was fresh and tasty. We also want to highlight how friendly and helpful the staff were. We arrived late, after 11 p.m., and they sent us a message in advance with clear instructions on how to check in, how to get into the hotel after hours, and included Wi-Fi passwords. The whole team was so kind and welcoming - we really appreciated it! A perfect little place for a stay in Sarajevo - great location, great service, and everything you need.
