Beach, no beach towels for guests, beach bar, limited breakfast choices especially pastries and fruit.

Hotel Sun is nice hotel with simple amenities. Small city beach that is provided by hotel is not clean and very crowded. Available pool is crowded and towels are unavailable. Personal towel is required. One more input is that pool closes at 7pm. Rooms on first level are renovated, but my impression was that rooms on higher levels are not. Hotel restaurant provides simple breakfast choices Swedish tables style. The best part of hotel is great views on sea side which includes pool view. Bar on top levels has some drinks choices, but the pool bar has none available. Overall 3 and half stars because the beach was not very clean and overcrowded by many other people that are not guests in Hotel Sun.

Location is superb, it's right where you want to be when visiting Neum. Our room is with balcony and sea view, so it really has an amazing view of the adriatic sea.

We didn't like long wait on an elevator, food could be a bit more diverse, as we were her for seven days. Didn't like to pay extra for the sun umbrella on the pool, as a hotel guest but OK 5 EUR per day is not that expensive.

Hotel had a private parking, close proximity to the sea. Rooms were clean, food good. Staff helpful. Dubrovnik is an hour away, Ston 20 minutes, and Pelješac 30 minutes. We enjoyed here. The hotel poll was great, clean and spacious.

The staff was polite but not so helpful. I'm a bit disappointed with the breakfast offering: no seasonal fruit and veggies. Instead, they served beans with onions early in the morning. Luckily, there was a fantastic seafood restaurant nearby.

All in all the hotel was good; the room was clean and big enough with fantastic see view. I enjoyed sitting near the outside pool.

It’s a four star hotel that has no toiletries nor slippers nor bathrobe. There are no glasses in the room to have a glass of water. The wardrobe is small so you can’t put a dress on a hanger. There are no wall coat hangers either. Breakfast is rather modest for a such large hotel. The cleaning staff would start banging doors at 6:30 while closing doors of some rooms.

Even you pay good price for stay, you need to pay deck chair on beach or even on pool. It should be includen in price at least chairs on the pool because you need bracelet as gest to enter in.

1 - The pool : this area works only from 9:00 AM until 7:00 PM and not only the pool but the whole portion is closed. I can understand that pool can be barred/closed for access in evening but why the whole area. There is no place left where you can just sit and relax. Either you sit in your apartments balcony/terrace or go into one of its resturant to enjoy the rest of the evening. Trust me with the kids its not at all possible. Not to forget you have to pay for the chair and sun shade as well. Top hotels where I have stayed have provided both (including beach towels) 2- The beach - The hotel provides access to the beach however it is a public beach and is rocky. The whole area is so crowded that you can not even find a place. With adults it may be easy but families with kids its a big no go. Better to just go to the beach in the early morning and find a place. 3- The elevator : 2 elevators and is kind of jammed up during breakfast / dinner . Please program the elevator to floors , so that one is used for odd floors and other is for even floors (just a suggestion)

With our booking we had breakfast and dinner included but one has to pay (during dinner) for drinks/water etc, Better to carry your own bottle of water. Room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the pool, sea and the nearby mountains. Good overall breakfast and dinner with a variety of seafood, meat , salads etc. For vegetarians/Vegans one has a very little option to choose from. The restaurants surrounding the hotel are nice and serve local cuisine and are not so expensive. Nice and huge parking place - one has parking at the reception floor (open parking) , terrace parking (open parking) and a garage (with direct access to the 4th floor of the hotel). The beach access is via lift but it terminates at the pool and then one has to use stairs to go down to the beach. Beach is in two parts - Private one is attached to the hotel and you can dive and swim but be careful with the kids as they might fall - second is the public beach access (be sure to find a place at the earliest).

Facilities outside hotel made us uncomfortable, especially staff that overviews the pool at the nearby restaurant.

Hotel staff is excellent and stay was enjoyable with them. Room is clean and comfort with balcony that has great view.
