To access the apartment, guests need to climb two flights of stairs, which could be a challenge for those with mobility concerns. Other than that, everything was well taken care of and the experience was very pleasant.

Sobe Zizi offers a warm, welcoming stay at a great price. The host, although not fluent in English, communicated with us effortlessly and made us feel right at home. The location is excellent, with plenty of parking available nearby. The room was cosy and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was strong - perfect for getting some work done. There’s also a traditional-style entrance area which adds charm and can be used as a relaxing or working space. It’s a no-frills stay, but with genuine hospitality that makes it memorable.

Location was perfect for walking to restaurants, bakeries, and old fort/catacombs. Host could not have been nicer. Definitely take her recommendation for restaurant, Omerbegova kuća, it was the best food I had in Bosnia.

There's no barrier between the shower area from the rest of the bathroom. So bath water will wet the basin and WC area. Good thing is the bathroom has a floor wiper for us to use to wipe water away after a bath.

Less than 12 min walk to the waterfall and the centre. Zizi, the host, was very welcoming. The place is also within a short walk to a big grocery store.

The water in the shower didn't drain well.

The location is very good, with free parking close to the building. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the city center. The staff is very polite and friendly. The room is cozy and clean. It was a bit cold, so we used the air conditioner for heating.

Everything was perfect. Warm, cosy and comfortable. Wonderful hosts! I really felt like I was genuinely cared for! It’s a 10 minute walk to the Center, as well as to the bus station. Will stay here again next time.

The hostess was very warm and friendly. She showed us around the ancient city, introduced gourmet restaurants, and took us to the bus stop, which was very convenient for us. Touched! The big lawn in front of the room is open and unstretched, you can see the mountains in the distance, and the river flows by the house, which is lovely. Watching the starry sky from the balcony, I was surprised to see two meteors. 💗 The rooms are clean, clean and very close to the main attractions, which can be reached by walking. Leave us unforgettable memories!

If you're not travelling by car it is a bit far from the center.

The host was very friendly and the room was very nice. Coffee, tea and candies were provided, which was a lovely touch. The garden was awsome, nice river, breathtaking mountain view and a huge play area for children. There were also parking spots.

Right by the small river, very neat and well designed interiors with great care to details. There were some nice dog items waiting for us in the room when we mentioned to bring a pet. Stuff is super friendly, great family business.

The facade is not attractive because there are repairs on the outside of the building, but the interior of the building, the garden and the view are among the most wonderful places in Yayci Everything is beautiful...welcome, hospitality, kindness and love Zizi and her daughter Naira served us coffee and hosted us very well. We had lunch together and got to know us well. We felt as if we were at home and among our family. Very nice feeling and I will always visit again And I recommend it to everyone Thank you, my new Bosnian family, thank you Zizi, thank you Naira

Pictures a bit misleading… kind of shady entrance to the place and garden not as nice as expected.
