How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Cleaness. Hospitity.
Veoma čisto uredno i kao u hotelima sa 4 i 5*. Domaćini vrlo ljubazni. U centru starog dijela Tuzle.sve je blizu u 5-10 mi ita pješice. Za svaku pohvalu . Cijena i usluga za čistu 10. I recommend this appartment. Very clean and cozy.

It would be better if there was a hair dryer, a mini fridge and a small wardrobe.
It was very clean, owner of the property was very kind and helpful. Transfer to the airport was cheaper than taxi.

The only thing I didn’t like was that our room was really, really small—we could barely move around in it, hahaha. But honestly, that’s justified by the low price, so it’s not something that would stop us from staying there again.
What I liked the most were the hosts, who are incredibly kind and friendly. Selma was always there to provide anything we needed. We even forgot our slippers, and she managed to provide those too! :D The location is perfect—just a 3-4 minute walk from the city center, and the rooms are impeccably clean and tidy.

Everything was fantastic - nothing at all to complain about!
A very clean room and a super friendly reception (despite arriving being 2 hours later than we had announced). The shower is great, the beds were comfy, and, as a smoker, I really appreciated the rooftop smoking area with a great view of town - thank you for that :)

Please let the host know when you are close to the hotel. The sign on the door is small and easily missed. They will step outside so that you can see them and know where the hotel is. It’s right on Main Street next to the river. This is not supposed to be to be a negative comment, just something to help you find them.
The room was spotlessly clean and large. We had a front room that looked out at a Mosque and yet the room was quiet and we didn’t hear the early morning call for prayer. What makes this hotel so different is the host go WAY beyond what is usual to meet their guest needs. Not only did we get recommendations for food, but they called to make sure it was available. Just before we left, they gave us names of good restaurants in Sarajevo where we were going.

This is a great room for a short stay in Tuzla! The rooms are very nice and clean, and right in the city center. The hosts are lovely and there for you during your entire stay if you need anything. We will definitely stay here again during our next Tuzla trip!

Been there for one night to catch a flight from Tuzla. Great guesthouse. Really clean. Really comfy. Nice interior. Good location. Very nice and helpful staff. Taxi to the airport was organised as well. Check in and out really simple. If you’re staying in the city coming or going to the airport, this is the place.

Not suitable for families with toddlers. The room windows open from ceiling to floor and you had to open them sometimes to get fresh air. Very dangerous for little children.
Run by very nice couple. The airport transfer was very convinient. Mr. picked us up from the airport himself. The room was plain and simple, no kettle or fridge, but the old town was right behind it. There was plenty of coffee spots a stone's throw away.

It wasn't possible to let fresh air in, as something in the neighbourhood constantly produced smoke. But it wasn't a problem, since the temperature and air quality were already nice in the room.
We've slept very well in the guest room which is located just a 5mins walk from the heart of Tuzla. The host was super friendly and caring! They also organized an airport shuttle for less than a regular taxi would cost, unfortunately those messages ended up in my Spam folder, so we couldn't use this nice extra service.
