The geographic location is good but is lacking some surrounding infrastructure nearby (if you're going to the city center, you'll have to walk by a busy road without any pavement).

There was no fridge in the room and no swatter on the window glasses!

Very good location for visiting Mostar. The room was clean, tidy, and newly furnished. It would be even better if a fridge was provided in every room. The hotel’s hospitality was excellent. We stayed just one night in Mostar, but we were very satisfied. Breakfast was more than enough for that price. Overall, a great experience ... I would recommend it everybody

Everything was ok, but we got different rooms, so some rooms were not so nice as others. So they should update bathrooms and rooms.

The staff in hotel is greate. They helped us with getting a taxi. The big bonus is that they prepared us breakfast at 4:30 in the morning, because we left at 5:00

It is quite far and high up the hill from the old town.

The hotel is pretty nice and room was very comfortable and cozy. It has everything needed. Breakfasts were good.

Excellent location and breakfast. The friendliness of the staff was exceptional. My partner forgot her phone charger, and the owner brought it to us when he came to our country for a holiday two weeks later. Truly hats off!

The owner was really gentleman he gave me a lift to the StariMost by his car and showed where I can walk back. I could park my motorbike in his garage safely.

The hotel was a bit far from the center by walk, but it was not an issue for us. However we got a room facing towards the street and it’s was really noisy, even during the night.

The check in was super quick and easy, the room was nice and well equipped. We had everything what we needed and the breakfast was excellent, wide range of variety of food.

Quality cheeses, halal meats, hot egg varieties... in short, the breakfast was 10/10. Since we had a car, I cannot comment on the location, but the view was the city view

Our experience at Rivero in Mostar was truly excellent! As a family with two small children, we felt extremely comfortable and welcome. The rooms were clean, cozy, and spacious enough for the four of us. We especially enjoyed the breakfast – the selection was great, and everything was fresh and delicious. The staff was kind and always ready to assist. The motel's location was also convenient for exploring the city. We highly recommend Rivero to anyone planning to visit Mostar!

The actual road the hotel is situated on is quite busy and narrow with barely any shoulders making walking to and from a little concerning.

Breakfast had a wide variety of good and tasty choices. Hotel was a relatively easy 10 minute walk from train and bus stations. Uphill all the way going there but on the flip side downhill all the way back.

Very comfortable stay in Mostar. The room was big and clean, I could easily walk to and from the city centre. I was very pleased.

The breakfast was great, the room was really nice and great. We enjoyed our stay there, but note that they only take cash for payment and the parking lots are not ideal. Otherwise, they were very nice :)

The receptionist was very accommodating and gave me a quite room on the 2nd floor away from the main road. I was very surprised that the room was so clean and it was almost spotless when I walked in. The motel is a family run biz, and the owner is very kind. He didn’t even rush me for the payment until I myself mentioned to him at breakfast 2 days later(I didn’t see him upon arrival and wasn’t in Mostar the next day). Breakfast is basic but decent. I will definitely stay there again.
