Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. IrelandThere was a smell of cigarettes coming from the restaurant to my room. It stopped when the restaurant closed, but if cigarettes are a problem for you, it might be good to tell the hotel in advance to make sure the windows of your room face the other side.
New and comfortable place. Super clean. The room is big, and it has good lighting. The staff is helpful. Even though the hotel is not super close to the old town, it is located in a nice neighborhood and close to the park. Breakfast is not a buffet, but whatever you choose in the menu, you will get a lot of food, and it's good.

United KingdomNo kettle in the room, so couldn't have a tea/coffee, but hardly an issue, as we weren't there that long!
Impressively refurbished hotel, right in the heart of Sarajevo, a short walk (9 minutes) from where you can get dropped off by the airport bus (the 200E service), and is then about 15 minutes walk to the heart of the old town. We were given a number to call to collect some keys, but couldn't connect (think it was my SIM), so went in through a restaurant/cafe area to a reception desk at the back, where we were checked in by a friendly member of staff, who spoke great English. The rooms are then through a door to the toilets and up the stairs, and had a side entrance for when the restaurant closed at 9pm, so access was great. Room was spacious, and warm, and looked recently refurbed. Breakfast was made-to-order, so we went for coffee and omelettes both mornings, and they were delicious!

United KingdomIt is normal for people to smoke in cafes and restaurants in Sarajevo, we were located on the first floor and there was a constant smell of cigarette in our room, most likely coming from the cafe downstairs.
Apartment location is very good, close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Old town is a 5-10 minute walk, located in a bustling part of Sarajevo. Apartment is on top of a cafe/restaurant so easy to find. Breakfast at the cafe was some of the best I had in Sarajevo. Good location with plenty to do and easy to get a taxi etc.

AlbaniaI arrived at the property at 23.30 due to a late flight and prior informed the hotel, despite that no one was at the hotel at my arrival time. Road was dark and scary same as horror movie, for more than one hour no one answered. When eventually picked up the phone no English speaking people, there was no one at the property Total disaster, booked another hotel and stayed away from that "hotel". Despite everything no refund was given not even apologies for not giving the service for which they were paid of 4 nights without staying. Totally disappointed

SwitzerlandThe bed was really comfortable. The TV was big and modern, the AC worked perfectly and there is a small fridge. Included breakfast was more than enough but lacked a bit of variation. The shower was big, but the rest of the bathroom was quite small, especially the toiletspace and the towels were really tiny. There was sometimes a strong sewage smell coming from the sink in the bathroom. The rooms are on the first floor and there are some stairs, no elevator. There were not many storage areas in the room or bathroom.
