Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. United StatesThe parking situation is a bit complicated and cost more than in the other hotels.
It is our third time to stay at the property. It has not aged, and the facilities are kept and renovated. We liked its location and despite the fact that we have a house in suburbs of Sarajevo, we choose to stay a couple of days in the city and Residence Inn is our first choice. The staff members are very friendly and provide excellent service. Its location is very good and you are only 5-10 minutes walk from main attractions.

United StatesThe location is great, 5 min walk to the old town/market area , so peaceful yet great location. The staff is extremely helpful!! They made sure we had connecting rooms since we were traveling with kids. They set up our tours to Mostar and other eight seeing places as well. Would definitely recommend people to use this hotel. It’s well worth the price.

The room was comfy. The location is very convenient. Easy to walk almost everywhere. Shops close by. Our room had a river view which was nice.
