Friendly Receptionist: The receptionist was kind, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. Her warm attitude made a real difference. Great Location: The hotel’s location is convenient and central, making it easy to explore Doboj and access nearby attractions. Spacious Room: Our room was generously sized, which gave our family plenty of space to relax.

Dirty Bedsheets: The bedsheets in our room were visibly dirty, which was both unpleasant and unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. - 🚱 No Welcome Water: There was no complimentary water in the room, which is a basic courtesy in most hotels. - 📶 WiFi Issues: The WiFi didn’t work at all during our stay, making it difficult to stay connected or plan our activities. - 🌡️ Broken Air Conditioning: The air conditioning was completely non-functional, which made the room very uncomfortable, especially during warmer hours.

All the "ingredients" positive: a nice place, good position, excellent facilities, cleanliness, kind staff (with a very informative Mrs Sara at the front desk)... beautiful SPA and all of those across a great park - Park Hotel!

The hotel was very pleasant, featuring spacious and comfortable rooms, a high-quality bed with soft pillows, and efficient temperature control. The bathroom and shower were spotless and well-sized. Available services included free parking conveniently located near the entrance. A good restaurant was also accessible on the ground floor

It seems everything was perfect or good, nothing to say to improve the situation.

We got a single bed for our child, I've booked a cot (which was free) but instead got a bed (for which I had to pay if wanted to book). Very spacious as there was an extra 'room' for the child.

Toilet roll paper kept falling down from the hanger.

Property has become old, carpets need replacement , the sleepers were very old , may be hotel using , washing and re using same ones Breakfast was very ordinary, there was even no croissant in menu which was on display in big pictures in dining room, not even plain bread slices available, no butter, no jam, no cut fruits , pathetic breakfast I have taken ever in last 18 years of my travel

Location was excellent and parking lot was convenient.

Noisy. Seems like it's the get together location for the locals.

Parking is not reserved just for hotel guests.
