We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CroatiaUnfortunately, my experience at this hotel did not justify the price I paid for the night. The rate was extremely high, and breakfast was not included which was particularly surprising given that this service is usually standard in hotels within this price range. The rooms were disappointing — they resembled a simply furnished guesthouse more than a hotel of expected standards. All in all, the price-to-quality ratio was extremely poor. I would not choose this accommodation again nor would I recommend it to others unless the standards are significantly improved.

SlovakiaManager asked for more money than it was aligned, Extra noisy, extra bad mattress, Hotel is not respecting night calm, people were screaming in front of our doors at midnight (number 2) + window is next to the terrase so no calm till morning, very expensive compared to how we were broke in the morning due to noise, 3 beds and only 1 chair, parking space is not next to the hotel but 30m behind, no place to hang towel in bathroom for 3 people, small room

SlovakiaAdditional breakfast promoted on the site for 5euro was not available due to low room occupancy - should have not been stated as available on booking. The location is wrong, the hotel is 650 meterts from the hotel not 200 as stated on the website. I book this close place for my disabled mum in order not to walk long to the church - at the end we had to drive. The hotel doest have designated parking space, but there is free parking in the town, you just have to find it yourself and be lucky, maybe in September is not a problem but summer time I would say yes - keep that in mind.
The receptionist was super nice and friendly guy ready to help.
