I was waiting for a reply from the receptionist about an airport transfer, but I never received one. The code for the main entrance was also incorrect. After I took a shower, the bathroom floor was flooded. There was a slight sewer smell in the bathroom, which unfortunately is a common issue in most places I've stayed in Bosnia.

My stay here was comfortable, and the location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk from the city center..

The room flooring might need to be changed to wooden, and the towels also need to be replaced and renewed.

Location was very good and in the centre of old town ? *Amina and Adlisa were very cooperative and kind. They helped with anything you needed and answered any question you had, so thank you to both of them.

There’s no possibility to get a fresh air or to ventilate the rooms. There’s AC though.

A cozy little hostel situated just a few steps away from the old town’s wonders. It’s kind of self-service place as the staff is there only from 8 am to 3 pm. However, they are pretty easily contactable by WhatsApp. The curtain rod was repaired immediately and I was helped to get a taxi to the airport for my early flight. I would like to thank the warm-hearted and kind receptionist whose smiling eyes made me happy every time I met her 😍 There’s fridge for your own food and a vending machine for snacks as the breakfast is not served. The whole hostel is non-smoking area. WiFi worked fast, which is a big plus. The only thing that I missed was the fresh air, there’s no change to ventilate the room. It could be good if there was a storage room or something like that for visitors to get toilet paper and plastic bags, fresh towels, maybe a hairdryer to loan etc. when the staff is not available. Note that paying is only possible by cash. In total worth for staying a short holiday, very reasonable prices as well. I will come back soon! 😉

Unfortunately, our room's window was facing the interior of the hotel, so we had no view. Also, the reception was not occupied in the late afternoon and evening.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel for three nights. The place is in a great location in walking distance to the old town centre of Sarajevo. The price is great, the staff is friendly and helpful, our room was clean and cozy, and the bed comfy.

The hotel is quite well located, really close to the old town of Sarajevo (walking distance), you just need to be ok with walking uphill a bit :) The room is quite small but it's perfectly enough if you just need a place to crash while visiting the country during the day. Staff is super helpful and although not always there on site (on site from 8am to 3pm only), they reply quite fast to any message you send them !

Some things such as the tiling in the bathroom are a little old and tired, but it did not really affect my stay.

Receptionist was very friendly! Told me all the information I needed to know. Very good location, very close to the Baščaršija. Room was tidy with plenty of storage space. Bed was comfortable. Plug sockets next to bed. Room was warm and cosy. There is a Television in the room but I did not use it. It was basic but perfect for me, I just needed somewhere comfortable to sleep after exploring the city all day!

Limited hours for check-in but fine for me.

Excellent location in central Sarajevo. Easy to access with the Bus 103 from the airport.

The only downside was that the room felt a bit stuffy and wasn’t easy to ventilate, but the temperature was well-regulated, and there was air conditioning.

We stayed in February 2025 for 2 days. The hotel's location was very convenient, especially being close to the Başçarşı. The staff were friendly and spoke English, which made our stay even more comfortable. In terms of price/performance, we were quite satisfied. Overall, I would stay here again if I visit in the future.

The walls are so thin so you can hear easily everything in the other room.If you are looking for quite place, please consider this. At first day, at exchange office we paid commission, we ask to hotel for no commission exchane office. After that, they suggessted another exchange office. I think they could warn us about this issue at first sight.

The location is so close to Başçarşı and the room was clean. Late check-in was not problem for hotel and you. All process was so easy and safe.

Location of the hotel is good. You have to climb the hill for 5 minutes but not to difficult. Rooms are tidy and clean. Kitchen is very useful. There is a saloon to rest and watch TV nicely furnished. Staff is kind and helpful. Thanks Ermina
