Everything was great! The hotel is beautiful, the view from the rooms and restaurants amazing. The rooms are pretty big, very clean and comfortable. My son loved the pool. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. We stayed already the second time here and I would come back to the hotel. Thanks for everything!

Breakfast was ok, but I had hoped for better. Also it would be nice to offer breakfast longer (at least at the weekends). Unfortunately they did not offer manicure or pedicure or any treatments aside from massages. Too bad they had the roll up banner everywhere with all treatments, so please change that if you do not offer them.

The room was exceptional: great size, also rather big bathroom, nice balcony with sea view. The pool looked nice but we not go. We were only at the beach, but chose a more private spot and not the hotel beach area since it’s the most crowded of Neum. Further along the promenade you get to smaller and more calm spots.

The location was perfect, not too far away from the beach, parking was readily available when we arrived. The staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. They were so pleasant and attentive to details and made us feel very welcome.

The garage has light sensors so those lit up with motion. Sometimes with a delay, it felt so dark in the garage.

The view from the 4th floor restaurants are just beautiful. It makes you feel like a 5 star hotel. The staff at the restaurant was working hard until it was closing at 10pm; the server made sure we were served with everything we needed. Our room was on the 2nd floor so the view is different from the 4th floor.

There was only one racket for table tennis. Also, it is hard to get back from the beach because there are a lot of stairs.

Everything was great. Staff is polite and professional. Very rich breakfast with a lot of choices to eat and drink. Sea view is gorgeous. Room is spacious and comfortable. Pool is very clean and water temperature is pleasant.

The spa was not very good. One sauna was cold, and the other was only a little warm. There is almost nothing to do in the spa. This was the only bad thing about the hotel.

Very good room! The room is big and very clean. It has good soundproofing, so you don’t hear music from outside at night. The air conditioning works very well. Everything is clean and working. We got a welcome fruit plate and drinks in the room. The price includes spa, parking, and breakfast.

The walk to the beach is easy, the steps back will kill you Take a drink at Varama hotel and use the lifts and it will be fine
