Good location, spacious family room.

More of an extra hostel type than a boutique hotel.

The only positive aspect of this hotel is its excellent location.

It would have been nice to be informed in advance about the lack of breakfast due to renovations. Our room was on the top floor with a sloped ceiling, and I hit my head on it at least 20–30 times a day. The room was not very clean — there was a lot of men’s hair behind the door, and we couldn’t open the windows because they were covered in cobwebs. The furniture and overall room condition are outdated. The bathroom fan was extremely dirty, and it emitted an unpleasant moldy smell.

I liked the location and that they offer guests free breakfast, which was quite good. Also, the room I stood in was really spacious.

I didn't like the fact that it wasn't as clean as I would've expected it to be.

Location was very good, 5 min walk to the old town & One of the young staff members was friendly and helpful. (A young male) That’s the only good we have to say.

Not a 4-star experience – disappointing stay Unfortunately, this hotel did not live up to expectations or its 4-star rating. We booked two very small rooms with slanted ceilings where it was difficult to even stand upright. The rooms were worn and had an unpleasant sewage smell. There was no toilet paper upon arrival, and check-in was not possible at 14:00 as stated, we had to wait. Breakfast was minimal, served in a greenhouse-like room that they refer to as a restaurant — sadly, the furniture smelled of dampness and what seemed like cat urine. Coffee was not included and came at an extra cost. There was no hot water during our stay. The receptionist mentioned it had already been an issue the previous day, but it had not been resolved nor mentioned anywhere prior to our arrival. Parking was advertised as €10 per night, but it turned out to be just an open patch of pavement also used by others, with no protection or reserved spots. To make matters worse, there was a concert happening just across from the hotel, with music so loud it was impossible to have a conversation in the room it to sleep before it stoped at 00.30. Overall, this was far below what we expected based on the hotel description. In our opinion, this is not a 4-star standard – more like 2.5–3 stars – and certainly not worth the price.

The location is perfect, fast WiFi, and the staff was quite helpful

There was no air conditioning, it wasn’t as cozy as it looked like on the “site”

I like location and the room in new building it was nice and have AC and 2 wends. And the employee in the reception Ahmed was very helpful and nice guy

Somehow our room was full of small flies.

Old bazar is crowded . Hotel is just 3 4 mins walking distance from the old bazar .so you can enjoy the old bazar also don’t get the crowd side as well . Stuffs were very friendly . Has good breakfast menu . Rooms were big

Great location just a few minutes walking from famous Baščaršija historical site. Rooms are comfortable, parking is very useful.

There is some space to improve the breakfast.
