The option for the room to be cleaned or not to be clearer. Other than that, I would recommend booking if you like good location and various options for breakfast.

Great location, it is ~5 mins walk to the main church. It is surrounded by mountains which is very peaceful. The room is very spacious. The staff were very helpful, I had to leave early on the Sunday and they prepared me my requests for breakfast the night before. There are black out blinds and a lift. walking distance to local and main bus station for any other day tours.

The only thing that could be improved was the breakfast. Very limited. Lacked variety. I would have liked to see more fruit options and cereal options. A lot of cakes for breakfast. Layout of self service meant stretching over food to get to options on a higher shelf at the back. All a bit cramped. Coffee was not nice and if you wanted a decent cup of coffee you had to pay for it. An investment in a filter coffee machine wouldn't go astray.

Rooms spacious, comfortable bed views of the mountains, quiet, modern and clean. Staff at the front desk friendly and very obliging. I'll be back.

Variety of breakfast options could be improved. The first time, we sturuggled to figure out the light switch in the corridor and found our room number with our torch. However once you get to know how this works, this is actually were easy to use and I agree it saves electricity. However if this was explained at the time of checking in, it would have been great.

Location is very good and it is 3-4 mins walk from the Church, so it is an ideal place to stay for a pilgrimage. The breakfast is overall good, although the variety is a bit less and could be slightly improved.

Exceptional!!! We stayed at Jana recently while visiting Medjugorje. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful, and extremely accommodating. Gabriel, Jana, and the rest of the staff members made sure that we had a very memorable stay at their hotel. Breakfast was very good as well. Location is excellent, in a nice quiet part of Medjugorje, with a view of the apparition hill and cross mountain, couple of minutes walk from the center of the town. We plan on going back to Medjugorje, and staying at Jana would be our first choice.

Exceptionally clean, great location and few mins walk to everywhere but at the same time in a very peaceful spot. The young lady who seems to run the place (Jana) is extremely efficient and professional and still gives a very personal and caring service to each individual, she is very kind and does everything possible to make sure you are looked after for anything you may need… from the minute you arrive to the minute you need. Water on the floor when showering. No isolation between the shower and the bathroom floor. My sisters had a bad smell through the bathroom drain
