Temperature regulation system in the rooms was a bit tricky to set. Also the fan in the Bathroom was a little noisy for me. But still it's normal. It's just "my taste".

I liked the staff. They were extremely kind and ready to help and answer any questions. The breakfast (despite it was in the hotel in front) was super good.

Breakfast could be better - it is served in another five star hotel, but it is more like three star breakfast. Cleaning could be improved, particularly around the hotel. A kettle in the room would also be welcom.

The AC really didn’t work, plus they need to upgrade the rooms.

The property was in the center of the public park with many other hotels in the surroundings. It’s a nice place if you like to stay in an old dates hotel.

The hotel location is really fantastic beautiful views all around with green areas. Staff are nice, helpful, their way of talking and receiving us very respectful. Many many thanks to Dejna and Boyan for their receiption and support(apologize if I wrote the names wrongly). The breakfast is very delicious with a variety of dishes.

This place is a scam they have a structure problem with the building where every drop of water on the toilet floor causes a leak and instead fixing there building they pin the problem on you and force you to 100 euros extra They admitted to me that they’ve done this to multiple people when i was there 3 other people had the same issue and they forced all of us to pay 100 euros extra

Unfortunately this hotell campus must have been a pearl in the past, but now its worn down and it seems to be all a bit out of control and under-cared.. I.x. our room bathroom lacked a door on the shower cabinet and the cabinet it self was not so detailed clean and very unapealing, the room had broken lamps, loose electrical wires, elevator missing buttons. The second room in travel party was ok technically, but both rooms had lack of detailed cleaning and daily refreshments. All the reception did about it was to note it down. Also, and very unfortunat, the staff them self were smoking in the bar, even if there was a big sign on all entrace doors that smoking was not allowed in doors. Also it seemed that the hotel was low on staff, and the staff present was all laid back. i.x. on our arrival, my wife and kid sat on the bar balcony in plain sight of the waiters who were sitting around a table smoking and drinking coffee and talking. After several minutes of them occasionally looking at each other my wife asked them if they knew if the bar was open and if anybody was waitering the tables. Then they offcourse reacted. There are plentyfull of other observations, but why go on. Truly heartbroken to see that this hotel and campus in all its former glory has a lot of potential to be very good as it is advertised, but Its really not worth the cost, and i only partially recommended it due to its location.

A very nice and family friendly location within a beautiful park and activities for adults and children. Never the less a nice feel to it all as a historical looking place etc. Close to the airport, and the Vrelo Bosne park with the alle for horse carriage rides and beautiful morning jog or walk. Otherwise, at least by the looks, a niche hotell look and historical place. The staff was friendly and cooperative, specially the receptionists. Breakfast was at the adjacent building/Austrian Hotel and it was kind of ok with a Swedish serving of Bosnian standards suitable for adults and kids.

Unfortunately the breakfast buffet was a disaster. With true honesty I can say that this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my life as far as the breakfast was concerned. I have stayed in many hotels in many countries in my life. I am 73 years old and this is the first time I have been so disappointed. Breakfast started at 07.00. We went to breakfast at 08.00 and there was nothing left to eat. Every single table was covered with half eaten food and drink. It was like the Mary celeste. The buffet area was dirty, wet and dirty plates and cutlery etc. Coffee machine a mess. There is nothing good to report about the situation. The staff were not friendly and took little or no interest in their workplace. The breakfast was very basic. Bread dipped in eggs cold pieces of sausage half cooked. I could go on. This is the very first time I have ever complained but I think someone needs to take control of the situation otherwise this hotel has no future. The free airport transfer was also non existent.

The location. It was very hot in Bosnia in July and the parkland around the hotel provided lots of shadow. There is a very long Alley with trees providing a canopy. A 3 km walk leading to the source of the River Bosnia. Horse drawn carriages available. The air was much cooler compared to the town center in Ilidža. There was also a very good pizzarria 5 minutes from the hotel on foot with a varied menu and lovely outdoor seating. Also in the parkland.
